35th Annual Arts Festival Oklahoma Call for Entries

Calling all artists. Applications for the 35th annual Arts Festival Oklahoma (AFO) are now being accepted for the 2013 festival, set for August 31 through Sept. 2 on the grounds of Oklahoma City Community College (OCCC). A celebration of visual, performing and culinary arts, the Labor Day weekend festival will include more than 100 visual artists, a broad range of on-stage entertainment, a variety of food booths, and a children's tent with hands-on arts and crafts. The 16-year study gathered information on three specific types of fatty acid: docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which is related to lower risk of death from heart disease; eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), which is linked to lower risk of non-fatal heart attacks; and docosapentaenoic acid (DPA), which is associated with lower risk of stroke death.
