Ex Parte Motion for an order/a writ of mandamus ordering court reporter Kathy Swinhart t o release the
transcri pt of 04.22.2013 hear ing under RULE 144 (Fed. R. Civ. P. 6)
This court held a hearing on 04.22.2013. Counsel for plaintiffs repeat edly called and e-mailed court
reporter Kathy Swinhart seeking a release of the transcript of the aforementioned hearing. Swinhart is
not responding. Plaintiffs are seeking a Writ of Mandat e or order from this court directing court reporter
Kathy Swinhart t o release the transcript.
Ex parte order is justified as this is the most urgent matter of national secur ity. Sworn affidavits and
official records presented in this case show that Barry (Barack) Soebarkah, aka Barry Soetoro, aka
Harr ison (Harry) J. Bounel, aka Barack A. Hussein Obama, citizen of Indonesia born in Kenya is usurping
the U.S. Presi dency using all forged IDs and a stolen CT Social Security number of Harrison J. Bounel,
born in 1890 and presumed to be deceased.
Every day of the usurpation of the U.S. Presidency causes an enormous damage to the U.S. National
security and the U.S. economy.

I, Orly Taitz, am a counsel for Plaintiffs in the above captioned legal challenge. I attest under the penalty
of perjury that I repeatedly called the court reporter Kathy Swinhart. I also e-mailed her requesting a
transcript of the 04.22.2013 hearing before Hon. Morrison C. England in Grinols et al v electoral College
et al. The hearing was on 04.22.2013, I did not get a response until 04.27.2017
1 attest that the exigent ci rcumstance of the usurpation of the U.S. Presidency by Barack Obama, Aka
Barack Soebarkah, aka Barack Soetoro, aka Harrison J. Bounel justifies handling this matter expediently
