This is a very independent lesson, allowing students to make discoveries about a map on their own. 2. Which part will be most challenging for you to teach? I dont think there is a challenging part of this lesson. I think this is a really easy and simple lesson to teach and learn about. 3. How will you follow up or extend this lesson? Like the rest of the lessons, maps will continually be used in further lessons where students can continue to learn about different parts of the world using a map and not just North America and the United States. 4. What will you do for students who dont grasp the concepts? I will pull small groups to re-teach the lesson when needed. If students dont understand the location of North America and the United States, I will work with a globe to teach location and position on a map until content is understood.
