Interchangeability
The spares are oered on the basis of manufacturers part numbers and are perfectly
interchangeable with the existing components of the compressors. All spares carry the
standard guarantee of ORIENTAL.
Development
Since development is a continuous process, ORIENTAL is developing additional
components not mentioned in the above product range and will be keen to oer such
items as per customer requirement. ORIENTAL is also in the process of developing spares
for screw compressors of other makes including imported ones. Many spares are procured
from OEM sources. Critical components can also be imported on specic request
of the customer.
Air/Oil Separator
Air/Oil Separator maintains the quality of discharge air and prevents oil loss. Oil Separator
oered by ORIENTAL is made of multi-layered very ecient glass bre lter paper, glass
woven sheet and lter media. Highly ecient separator supplied by ORIENTAL ensures
almost oil-free air and minimises oil loss in the system.

Air Filter
High-eciency air intake lter oered by ORIENTAL is capable of removing over 97% of particles 1
micron or larger. If specied, dierential pressure indicator and switch as per OEM specication can be
provided.
Compressed Air Line Filter
Compressed air contains certain undesirable contents like dust, water and oil particles. If these are not
removed, they tend to corrode the pipeline, valves, instruments, and subsequent equipment. Filters
oered by ORIENTAL have high eciency and cause minimum drop in pressure.
Auto Drain Valve
Failure in timely removal of condensate from compressed air system causes serious loss of eciency
and a prolonged failure may cause serious breakdown. ORIENTAL oers high quality Auto Drain
Valves which help the system to operate at desired level of eciency and require hardly any
maintenance. Such drain valves can be oered in dierent sizes and pressure ratings. Interval and
drain time duration can be altered as per operational requirement.
