EARTH GARDEN FESTIVAL

3 days of fun, sun & music! Not just an event, but an experience
Earth Garden Festival returns after a year sabbatical for it sixth edition with a 3-day Festival starting on Friday 31st May until Sunday 2nd of June 2013 at Ta Qali National Park. The previous editions of Earth Garden have seen this festival grow in terms of attendance, artists participation, performers, organisation and production. This has been reconfirmed when the first weekend of June has been set as the permanent date for Earth Garden Festival in the national cultural calendar. The Earth Garden Festival has missed the yearly appointment last year, giving the organisers time to enhance further the production and come up with new ideas, keeping the festival unique and avantgarde. The comeback naturally reserves some changes and improvements on an already successful event. In its sixth edition, Earth Garden will again feature a combination of two areas; the Open Village and also the Greek Theatre. This years edition will see a slight change, as there will be a minimal entrance fee of 5 that will be charged to enter the festivals Open Village. This fee covers the entrance for the three days, including the admission on Friday evening, a new addition to the festival. On Friday 31st May the festival kicks off with an opening party hosted by Juuls at the Roots Stage. This area will also feature live bands which will surely set the pace to the start of the much awaited sixth edition of Earth Garden! The Greek Theatre will also be lit up on Friday evening with a two and a half hour live show that will give a tribute to Pink Floyd The Wall. This is being produced by the Malta Rock Movement. Tribali returns to the Greek Theatre on Saturday 1st June, featuring various guests, surprises and some new songs added to their fantastic repertoire. On Sunday 2nd June, Earth Garden has a new and exciting addition; to complete the circle of cultural activities, YADA will be producing a dance show aptly named The Summer of Love Woodstock Edition. As per previous editions, events at the Greek Theatre will have an entrance fee; a 15 per show tickets for the Greek Theatre will be valid also for the Open Village entrance throughout the three day festival.
