How to add a new form?


# Case 1
If the organization has never taken interns before, you would need to enter the partnership in the system, add the relevant information and save it.

How to fill the TN form?


Choose the Internship Type :
This section allows you to categorize the Intership into 4 broad pools. The internship type is based on the job description and not on the sector or type of company

Fill details :
Open the Job questionnaire provided by the company and fill all the details accordingly .

How to ensure that the quality of the form is excellent?


Internship Description and Details :
This Section outlines the professional experience of the internship . After reading this , the intern should have complete clarity about what the internship entails. This section contains the area or the department of the company in which the intern would work in. Example: Marketing, Human Resources, IT etc The organization must describe at least 5 different tasks for the intern to work on during the internship. These tasks may be performed on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. The more details provided, the better it is. One of the biggest complaints from interns is that the job description is too vague and short. Please be descriptive. The organization needs to identify what the intern is expected to achieve by the end of the internship. This will increase the accountability of the intern to the organization and will also help the intern understand what is expected from him/her at work.

This column should contain any kind of information, research, or work the intern needs to gain/do before he/she begins his work.

This column should include the list of other facilities that would to the intern during the internship Example: free food, accommodation, Cell phone, travel allowance etc The internship should provide the intern with a professional/personal learning experience. This section should highlight various experiences, skills or knowledge the intern will gain through the internship.

Some information that should be included in this section: Link of the website of the company Link of the delivery wiki of your Local Committee (It , should contain the reception package, trainee house contract + pictures , registration documents etc ) Salary in Indian Rupees (It needs to be mentioned that this amount will be paid in INR irrespective of the exchange rate) Number of interns the company taken in the past Will the intern work in teams or independently?
