CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS Company supply to Contractor complete set of the Soil Investigation Reports for the Existing T-2070 and Design data for Reference and Study. ( Load calculation and Analysis of Tank foundation.)

PREPARATION WORKS : -Conduct HSE orientation. -Tail gate meeting, Tools box meeting prior working. -Daily Safety patrol and PPE monitor. -Coordination, communication and reports to Client. -No activities within rainy. -Cut and fill must be done on bright weather. -May be using either of the adequate Heavy Equipments such like; 1. Buldozer 2. Payloader 3. Excavator 4. Vibro Compactor or Hand Compactor 5. Dump truck -Excavation & disposal of soil can be done direct truck out or stock pile system. - Fill and Compaction must done layer by layer within minimum thick of 300 mm for the compaction ratio of 95% above, 500 mm for below 95%, Special case if the Compaction area near by the structure location; is Not Permitted due to defect of vibration may caused of serious crack and potential collapsed of subject. Vibro Compactor track onward and retreat on the leveled ground or Manual compaction by using hand Compactor is alternative way to Solidity the back fill soil with the Bearing ratio Is less than 90%, -Fill and compacted Elevation must be protected with a cover of plastic sheet to against weather before any Construction stepping up. CONSTRUCTION WORKS : -Conduct Survey work and Measurement on existing T-2070 location. -Marks and recorded all the Tank Elevation, Verticality, Plumbness. -Fabricate and Install the bracket supports for Jack position and jack up Orientation. -Perform the Excavation works for outer ring wall as per Drawing, elevation for HDPE laying and non granular soil materials fill, compact to 95% ratio as per drawing elevation, and one layer of Sandy gravel as per drawing elevation, this is for the environment space as per Tank farm specification. -Refer to the results of Survey and data topography at T-2070, Performed the existing ground excavation outside of the ring wall area, replace the existing soil by means of strengthen the soil structure and improve the soil stabilities. -Mean while, set up temporary bracing and supports for existing Pontoon etc

-Following is the works of inner Ring wall foundation excavation and Reinforced Concrete Ring wall construction by means of Construct the temporary section called Section A as temporary support for Jack up Tank purposed, these support will be using for Permanent working foundation when the Tank elevation have reached. -Construct the Ring wall foundation Section A as per drawing with the Characteristic of Concrete K275, to allow the existing tank sit on prior jack up. -This support foundation is Temporary Used for Jack up the Tank and also as a working Tank foundation. -Casted or Constructed section and elevation must refer to all recorded Tank Elevation, given in the Survey measurement. -Continue to construct the next section A around the Tank shape periodically after previous section being done properly. -Section of Ring wall foundation for Jack up supports must be at least 16 Section to allow the adequate Jack up and load deviden carry on in order to able to reach smoothly to the designed elevation in Safety manner. -For Safety management reason, Each sequence of jack up elevation only limited to 45 degree or equal to maximum 15mm height. -During jack up process, removal of Annular plates etc can be done simultaneously, so do the Bottom plates and replacement. then -Leveling and modification existing tank Ground elevation inside tank area and have a layer of Cushion inside the tank, made from Asphalt sand layer as per drawing. -Replace and new assembly of Bottom and Annular plates. -Horizontal bracing to maintain the level of Bottom plates -Control and manage the monitoring for Stress analysis during Jack up and down process, also following to the control of Survey instrument measurement for each marked out points. -Having completed of 16 section A of temporary Concrete supports then proceed with elevation Jack up to reach final elevation of tank as measured. -Staging or shim up to maintain the jacked up tank elevation with the RC block (Pre casted) on the Casted section A. -And allow the small gap on top of RC block for finishing grouting purposed. -Bring down the Jacked up tank to sit on free on the new Constructed temporary support as working Tank foundation. -Proper Tank sit on Section A support as the permanent working Tank foundation. Control and measured with the Survey Instrument to check and ensure the designed elevation remain unchanged. -then Construct the Section B as the new Ring wall foundation for final elevation of tank foundation (same as final section A elevation). -Finishing elevation and gap will be using grouting materials. Proceed with internal Tank construction activities. Concrete supply for K275 is get from Local Ready Mix supply. Site Mix going to use on site with the special specimen and test result in accordance with the approved formula by Company representative. Leans Concrete will be use on Site Mix. Records and reports for all construction activities as per Standard specification.

28 Days curing time for Casted concrete is advised to use for Jack up support Tank T-2070. Continued with the Drainage repair and Bund wall repair or related Construction activities as per contract.
