For the last two years, I have prided myself in working for your company. I am a hostess at your newest restaurant Tibbys New Orleans Kitchen. On countless occasions I have observed the charitable contributions your organization has provided to those in need. Whether for schools or churches, Tibbys is always there to lend a helping hand. I am writing to you to ask for sponsorship for the 2012-2013 UCF Mock Trial Teams annual event Lunch on the Lake. Like Tibbys, the UCF Mock Trial wants to give back to the community, but we need your help. Sponsorship and Fundraising As Fundraiser Chairman, I have organized Lunch on the Lake, which will provide dinner for homeless families at 7:00 P.M on April 30, 2013, at Lake Eola. However, we need help providing our free dinner, as well as donations for our food/clothing drive and raffle. Unfortunately the UCF Mock Trial Team would be unable afford to help these disadvantaged families without Tibbys assistance. Benefits of Sponsorship By sponsoring the UCF Mock Trial Team your company can provide: Funding for Lunch on the Lake, our largest fundraiser. Students with the opportunity to represent UCF and help less fortunate. Free advertisement for Tibbys, while benefiting the community.

Ultimately, Tibbys partnership with the UCF Mock Trial Team would help hundreds of homeless families in Orlando, as well as your impact the entire community with your local business. We need help from Tibbys to provide food and donations for these families, as well as bring awareness to the less fortunate men, women, and children who struggle every day to survive.

Requirements for Sponsorship Please answer the following questions: 1. Can Tibbys accommodate catering for 100-150 people, April 30, 2013? Includes entrees and beverages.

2. Lunch on the Lake will feature a food/clothing drive, can Tibbys provide donations? Donations can include clothes, shoes, food, toiletries, toys, or money.
