Project Manager Project Lead for start up of 68 Tricare Service Centers located in 17 east coast states. Included oversight of all aspects of build-outs and site development to completion and staff relocations. Communicated with technical service, maintenance and purchasing support groups, middle to executive management, military and civilian officials. Simultaneously managed multiple projects, traveling, and working independently; on-call after hours and available for emergencies. In addition to Project Management, conducted Property Management functions for 2+ years for Tricare and VA locations.
