Transcription Re: a juvenile hearing April 17th, 2013 (Innocents' names are redacted) Witnesses signatory to the "Notice

of Trespass Upon an Office of Public Trust for Want of Constitution Madated Oath of Fidelity and Notice of Ejectment(Eviction) Therefrom in Guaranteed Direct exercise of Sovereign Power and Praecipe to Vacate, sua sponte, the Office of Public Trust Styled as "Juvenile Court Judge" : JC BH RJ All three signatories read said notice and signed their names attesting to such on April 17th, 2013 just prior to entering the Sumter county courthouse on or about 9:30AM. At no time were visible any standards(flags) or State seals in the so called, "Juvenile Court". Following is a transcript from audio recording re: (redacted) and within the Sumter county, Georgia courthouse April 17th, 2013 on or around 11AM. Upon entering the courtroom a Sumter county sheriff's deputy twice verbalized and gesticulated to SC and DC to pass through the bar and to the left side of the court(Judge's right side) which is the defendants table. Then the following was expressed: DC: "We don't consent to passing the bar." Rambo: "You can stay right there." Rambo: "All right go ahead Mr. Eidson." Eidson: "Thank you judge. Your honor the state presents itself in the juvenile court of Macon county it is in the interest of (redacted). It is a petition by the department to dismiss the protective order. The mother SC, I believe, is seated beyond the bar and was served by certified mail. The legal father DC is also seated next to her equally been served by certified mail. Case manager Cynthia Martin is seated by the department's table." Rambo: "Ms. SC and Mr. DC you always have the right to a lawyer. If you cannot afford one the court will appoint you one. Any comments before they call the first witness?" DC: "Absolutely. This is the Holy Bible. This is the word of God and it is also the paramount law and it is the only law we recognize." DC: "Bailiff, please give this** to Mrs. Rambo." DC: "I would also like to point out that we are here by special appearance and that we are here to observe the conformance or non-conformance to the affirmations you were given on the 10th and the notice*** therein." Rambo: "Any other comments?" DC: "Not at this time." Eidson: "Raise your right hand for me(garbled speech), .......so help you god? " Cynthia: "I do." Eidson: "Have a seat please." Cynthia: "I am Cynthia Martin case manager for Macon county DFCS." Eidson: "Did you have an opportunity to be involved with the C's? Is that correct? Cynthia: "I did." Eidson: "And that developed into a safety plan did it not?"

Cynthia: "It did and initially the kids were taken into foster-care and were later released back to the parents with protective order in place." Eidson: "What were the requirements of the protective order?" Cynthia: "The protective order included parenting, continuing homeschooling, medical attention for "(redacted) and to sign releases and to cooperate with the department. " Eidson: "And have those things been done at this time?" Cynthia: "They have been." Eidson: "And is that why the department has moved this court to dismiss the protective order? " Cynthia: "Yes." Eidson: "Ok." Eidson: "Anything else?" Cynthia: "No." Rambo: "Mr. DC, any questions for Ms. Martin?" Rambo: "Ms. SC any questions for Ms. Martin?" Rambo: "Ms. Martin any reason to be concerned about child or children? " Cynthia: "No." Rambo: "Ok." Rambo: "Anything else Mr. Eidson?" Eidson: "No your honor." Rambo: "Have a seat." Eidson: "With that the department rests." Rambo: "Ok, Ms. Lusane ... Ms. Lusane any reason to be concerned about the children?" Lusane: "No." Rambo: "You are a CASA appointed for (redacted)." Rambo: "Mr. DC anything you or miss SC would like to present?" Rambo: "Ok I will be happy to grant it. Good luck to you. Ok?" Also, Cynthia Martin, came over to DC and said, "We need to see (redacted) one more time." DC then responded to Cynthia, "no way." and "certainly not without a lawful warrant with a lawful oath or lawful affirmation in support of it."
