Importance of HR Management

Abstract
The reason why I would like to take Importance of Project Management is that, we cannot differentiate project and project management. Effective management of the project leads to its success. The management of the project starts from the beginning phases of the project like planning, gathering resources etc. each phase if the project should be effectively managed in order to succeed. Several people have already done many investigations and researches on this topic. I think their experiences will help me to add further knowledge and set me route map to investigate further. I went through several examples that suffered from serious failures due to the poor management in spite of having several resources and efficient technicians. Now I would like to go through several other examples of poorly managed and efficiently managed projects and their impact on the success of the project. Importance of Project Management: The delivery of business out comes is realized through the success of projects, and in essence that is the way that project management strategies drive the organizational success, says Adrian McKnight. These words give us a clear idea of importance of the project management. Any business organization regardless of what they are, wants to be a first pick by the customers in this competitive world. In order to be an obvious choice for the customers who prefer excellence, the organization has to add several things to it. The success of the project depends on how well we managed it. We have seen several examples of organizations in the real world that lost its place in the competition due to poor project management. For a project to achieve success, the most important is the effective management. Care should be taken in each and every step of the project in order to reach is goals and satisfies the stakeholders. Why is HRIS important? HRIS refers to Human Resource Information System. Human resource management is an essential part of the project management. Equipping right person in the right place of the project leads to its success.

Importance of HR Management

The success and failure of a project depends on how well we managed the project by taking several factors like human resource management, finance or budget management, time management, technical management etc. We can find a lot of examples of the projects that are failed due to placing unknowledgeable person in a wrong place. The person may be knowledgeable in different phase of the project. So it is necessary to analyze the skills of the employees and find which phases of the project best suits him and then place him in that phase. Human resource information system is an unavoidable and essential part of the focus of management professionals. A balancing approach has to be adopted between information science / information technology issues and human resources. It doesnt make any sense if a technical professional is placed in designing group and a professional designer is asked to develop the project. It obviously leads to the failure of the project. So we can say that an effective human resource allocation leads to the success of the project. What are the roles of HR manager in implementing and facilitating Employee Assistance Programs? When we talk about the relationships between employees of the certain company and human resource managers, it is clear that the main role of the HR manager is to support employee and ensure efficient work and high motivation level. It is, on the other hand, difficult to determine the role of the HR manager in solving personal problems of the employees. While HR managers should ensure the fact that family and health problems do not affect job execution, there is still a big focus on ethical aspects of the employer-employee relationships and this boundary should be strictly followed. Method The research is done among 60 employees in US Airways, Comcast and Wal-Mart and it covers three major industries. This study will show whether there is direct relationship between employee assistance program level and job level in the work place. The results of this study will give HR managers necessary data and will help them to understand if experience is more valuable than employee assistance program or vice versa. programs and manpower can be applied accordingly to maximize the effectiveness of the workforce. Data Extraction The results and performance reports are collected to know the efficiency of the kind of methodology used in those kinds of situations. Individual results can be efficiently monitored and can be carefully compared to deal with these impossible situations where the importance of Human resources are identified to extract the maximum output from the limited resources. Quality Assessment Data which has been extracted and collected is then subjected to comparison among which is the best case to solve the current situation. These final reports include the main points that are highlighted and picture the importance of human resource management. After the final result has been achieved there must be a team to assess the quality of the project that has been made with effective use of human resources. Conclusion The success and failure of a project depends on how well we managed the project by taking several factors like human resource management, finance or budget management, time management, technical management etc. Among them the human resource management is the most critical and crucial step because every other part of the project management is one way or other related and is done by the human resources. So it is important to identify the importance of project management.
