(Automatically Computer Audit Design) DRAW

1. Line :- To create a straight line on the current object.


(i) Ortho (F8) :- To create a line on a specified 0o & 90o angle. (ii) Angle :- Press Shift + < then give the specified angle. (iii) Osnap (F3) :- To show snapping Points from the current drawing. (iv) Offset :- Press O for offset Construction line.

2. Construction line :- To create infinite line from the current object. (i) Horizontal :- Press H for horizontal X line. (ii) Vertical :- Press V for vertical X line. (iii) Angle :- Press A for rotate current X line. 3. Polyline :- To create 2D polyline. (i) Line :- Press L for line mode. (ii) Arc :- press A for arc mode. (iii) Direction :- Press D for give the correct direction from the current object. (iv) Width :- Press W to change the width from the current polyline. 4. Polygon :- To create a polygon from give the specified number of sides. (i) Inscribed Circle :- Press I for inscribed circle. (ii) Circumscribed Circle :- Press C for circumscribed circle. 5. Rectangle :- To create closed rectangle on the current object. (i) Dimension :- Press D to rectangle from the given dimension. 6. Arc :- To create an arc shape from the specified three points on the current object. (i) Center :- Press C to create arc from any selected center point. 7. Circle :- To create circle on the current object on the specified given radius. (i) Diameter :- Press D to create circle on the specified given diameter. (ii) Three points :- Press 3P to create circle from a selected three points. (iii) Two points :- Press 2P to create circle from a selected two points. (iv) Tangent Tangent Radius :- Press TTR to create circle from a selected tangent point.

8. Spline :- To create nonuniform B-spline. (i) Close :- Press C to closed current applied spline. 9. Ellipse :- To create an ellipse on the specified distance and axis. (i) Center :- Press C to create ellipse from a selected center point. 10. Ellipse arc :- To create an elliptical arc from the given start angle and end angle of arc. (i) Center :- Press C to create elliptical arc from a selected center point. 11. Insert Block :- To insert a block or a drawing in the current drawing. 12. Make Block :- To create a block definition from the selected object. 13. Point :- To create multiple points object. 14. Hatch :- To fill an enclosed area from a selected object with a hatch pattern. 15. Region :- To convert an object that encloses area into a region object. 16. Multiline Text :- To create multiple line text object from the current drawing.

MODIFY

Erase :- To remove selected object from a drawing. Copy :- To create duplicate copy from the selected object. (i) Multiple :- Press M for multiple copies. Mirror :- To create mirror image copy according to the axis from the selected object. Offset :- Press O for offset any selected object. Array :- To create a multiple copies of object in a pattern. There are two types of array. (i) Rectangular Array (ii) Polar Array Move :- To move selected object a specified distance in a specified direction. Rotate :- To rotate the selected object about a base point and given angle. Scale :- To change the scale from the selected object. Trim :- To trim object at a cutting edge defined by other object Extend :- Extend an object to meet another object. Break at Point :- To break selected object at a single point. Break :- To break the selected object from the two different point.

Chamfer :- To bevel the edges of object. (i) Distance :- Press D for give the chamfer distance. (ii) Angle :- Press A for chamfer angle. (iii) Trim :- To select the trim option. Press T (i) Trim :- Press T for trim chamfer edges. (ii) No Trim :- Press N for no trim (iv) Method :- Press E to apply previous chamfer method from the current object. (v) Multiple :- Press U to apply same chamfer distance from all the object. (vi) Polyline :- Press P to apply chamfer from a selected polyline object. Fillet :- To round and fillets the edge of object. (i) Radius :- Press R for fillet radius. (ii) Trim :- To select the trim option. Press T (i) Trim :- Press T for trim fillet edges. (ii) No Trim :- Press N for no trim (iii) Multiple :- Press U to apply same fillet radius from all the object. (iv) Polyline :- Press P to apply fillet from a selected polyline object. Explode :- To break a compound object into a component object.

DIMENSION

Linear Dimension :- To create linear dimension from the two different points. Aligned Dimension :- To create linear dimension from the two different points. Radius :- To create radius dimension for circle and arc. Diameter Dimension :- To create diameter dimension for circle and arc. Angular Dimension -: To create an angular dimension from the current selected points. Quick Dimension -: To create quickly dimension arrangement from a selected object. Baseline Dimension :- To create linear and angular dimension from the baseline of the previous or selected dimension. Continue Dimension :- To continue a linear and angular dimension from the second extension line of the previous or selected dimension. Quick Leader :- To create a leader from the selected object and give the annotation.

Center Mark :- To create the center mark or center lines of circle and arc. Dimension Edit :- To edit any selected dimension.
(i) Home :- Press H to show home dimension. (ii) New :- Press N for new dimension into a selected dimension. (iii) Rotate :- Press R to rotate any selected dimension from a specified angle. (iv) Oblique :- Press O for oblique dimension.

Dimension Text Edit :- To move, rotate and change the alignment from the selected dimension.
(i) Left :- Press L for left align dimension text. (ii) Right :- Press R for right align dimension text. (iii) Center :- Press C for center align dimension text. (iv) Home :- Press H to show home dimension text. (v) Angle :- Press A for rotate the selected dimension text.

Dimension Style :- To create and modify dimension styles.

3D Toolbars SHADE

2D Wire Frame :- To set viewport in 2D wireframe. 3D Wire Frame :- To set viewport in 3D wireframe. Hidden :- Set viewport to hidden lines from a solid object. Flat Shaded :- Set viewport to flat shaded from a solid object. Gouraud Shaded :- To show a solid object in a gouraud shaded. Flat Shaded Edges ON :- To show flat shaded with the edges on a current object. Gouraud Shaded Edges ON :- To show gouraud shaded with the edges on a current object.

VIEW

Named View :- To save and restore the views by name. Top View :- Set the view point to top. Bottom View :- Set the view point to bottom. Left View :- Set the view point to left. Right View :- Set the view point to right. Front View :- Set the view point to front. Back View :- Set the view point to back. SW Isometric View :- Set the view point to southwest isometric. SE Isometric View :- Set the view point to southeast isometric. NE Isometric View :- Set the view point to northeast isometric. NW Isometric View :- Set the view point to northwest isometric.

3D ORBIT

3D Pan :- To drag the view in horizontal and vertical direction. 3D Zoom :- To zoom IN and OUT on the view. 3D Orbit :- To control the interactive viewing of object in 3D. 3D Continue Orbit :- With the help of continue orbit active in the 3D view. 3D Swivel :- To simulates the effect of turning the camera. 3D Adjust Distance :- To makes the object appear closer or farther away. 3D Adjust Clip Planes :- To open the adjust clipping plane window. Front Clip ON/OFF :- To toggle the front clipping plane ON or OFF in the 3D orbit adjust clipping planes window. Back Clip ON/OFF :- To toggle the back clipping plane ON or OFF in the 3D orbit adjust clipping planes window.

SOLID

Box :- To create a three dimensional solid box. Sphere :- To create a three dimensional solid sphere. Cylinder :- To create a three dimensional solid cylinder. Cone :- To create a three dimensional solid cone. Wedge :- To create a 3D solid sloped face tapering along the X axis. Torus :- To create a three dimensional solid torus. Extrude :- To convert two dimensional object into a three dimensional solid object.
(i) Path :- Press P to extrude selected object along a path.

Revolve :- To create solid by revolving a two dimensional object about an axis and given specified revolving angle. Slice :- To slice a set of solid from a selected three points about an axis.
(i) Both of Side :- Press B for delete both of side part.

Section :- Use the intersection of a plane and solid to create a region. Interfere :- To create a 3D solid from the common volume of two or more solid object.

1. New Layout :- To create a new layout from the current drawing. 2. Layout From Template :- To display the select file dialog box from which to select exiting template to base the new layout. 3. Page Setup :- Specifies the layout page, plotting device, paper size and setting for each new layout. 4. Display Viewport Dialog :- Display the multiple viewport dialog box.

TEXT

Multi Line Text :- To create multiple line text from the current object. Single Line Text :- Display the text on screen as it is entered.
(i) Justify :- Press J for justify text align. (ii) Style :- Press S to apply any selected style.

Edit Text :- Edit text, dimension text , and attribute definition. Find and Replace :- To find and replace, zoom to specified text. Text Style :- To create modifies, or sets named text style on your drawing. Scale Text :- To change the scale from the current selected text. Justify Text :- to set the justification for selected text.

ZOOM

Zoom Window :- Zoom to display an area specified by a rectangular window. Zoom Dynamic :- Zoom to display the generated portion of the drawing.

Zoom Scale :- Zoom the display using the specified scale vector. Zoom Center :- Zoom to display a view specified by a center point and magnification or height. Zoom IN :- Zoom to increase the size of object. Zoom OUT :- Zoom to decrease the size of object. Zoom All :- Zoom to display the drawing extents or the grid limits. Zoom Extents :- Zoom to display the drawing extents.

STYLE

1. Text Style Manager :- Create, modify or sets named text style in your drawing. 2. Dimension Style Manager :- Create and modify dimension styles.

REFERENCE

External Reference :- To control external reference on tour drawing files. External Reference Attach :- Attach External Reference to the current drawing. External Reference Clip :- Define an Xref or block clipping boundary and set the front and back clipping plane. External Reference Bind :- To bind dependent symbol of an Xref to the current drawing. External Reference Clip Frame :- To control the visibility of Xref or block clipping boundaries. Image :- To insert image in many formats into an Auto CAD drawing files. Image Attach :- To attaches a new image in the current drawing. Image Clip :- To create a new clipping boundaries for an image object.
