Business Analyst Intern
Analyzed data and documents to forecast market opportunities and presented findings to managers and clients. Presented pitches to a potential client for an employee pension risk transfer agreement and managed most of the client communication. Managed internal web platforms, worked extensively with Microsoft Office, Adobe Dreamweaver and SMaRT (project management website), and controlled various web assets. Given additional responsibilities once employed to provide consultation to the marketing department towards e-business and social media strategies to better promote products on the web and towards the millennial generation.

Assisted underserved intercity children with educational and personal development programs provided by the Foundation. Attained corporate grants by contacting companies, welcoming representatives, and preparing presentations for potential donors. Created and organized a database for the Foundation that included names, addresses, phone numbers, total donations, etc.

Campus Leadership and Involvement


Presidential Leadership Academy Student 2009-2013
After nominations, an intensive interview process, and preliminary simulations, one of only 30 students accepted. Members are personally instructed by the president of Penn State University, discuss and solve current issues, are taken on educational trips across the country, and meet with established leaders of America.

Ohana (THON committee) Big Brother fundraising liaison

2011-2012

Established short-term and long-term monetary goals for organization, coordinated fundraising events, and interacted with other committees in order to help raise $229,000 in 2012 for THON, the worlds largest student-run philanthropic event.

Schreyer Honors College Student Council Council Member

2011-2013

A group of Schreyer scholars assembled to provide a link between the students, faculty, and alumni of the Honors College and represent the student voice.

Penn State Marketing Association Chief Marketer for the Penn State Hockey Team
Oversaw a marketing committee for the Penn State Hockey team in order to build a loyal fan base and increase ticket sales. Projects included planned events in the student center, making and handing out flyers, and using social media.
