Re: Letter of Recommendation for Ashley Dierking To Whom It May Concern: First Baptist Church had already found Ashley when I arrived in September 2012. Since our first meeting in September, I have been completely impressed with her ability to relate to children, enthusiasm, professionalism, and her open-minded approach when I implemented change in our programming. She has always performed at the highest level and would be an asset to any organization. I recommend Ashley for any role where you need a determined, dedicated, and caring individual to work with children. Ashley shows me a new quality every time I see her. She is employed as a Toddler Room Teacher and toddlers are not the easiest to work with. I mention this because she exhibits patience, understanding and care for our children every week in one of our most difficult classes. I am reminded of an instance where we had a very strong willed 3-year-old that was extremely obstinate. Ashley maintained patience and control of a situation that would frustrate seasoned teachers. These past months have shown me that Ashley is a strong and driven individual that I can depend on. She has such a big heart and children love her. She will be a phenomenal teacher. Ashley is a very talented individual with a great work ethic and desire to contribute to a highly effective team.
