EXPERIENCE
Sept. 2007 – Present AccessLine Communications Bellevue, WA
Implementation Manager
• Manage new and existing telecom vendors for provisioning new telecom /
data services and equipment
• Negotiate service contracts with new third party technician services (Service
Communications Incorporated and Contingent Networks)
• Audit and approve payment on all third party service invoices
• Coordinate and manage all telecom and data projects related to new services
and technology
• Responsible for responding to escalated requests by working with
Development, Network Operations, Network Engineering, and application
support staff
• Provide pre-sale technical engineering for all AccessLine resellers and
internal sales department regarding SmartVoice product design and
implementation
• Manage a base of reseller partners where I act as mentor and knowledge
resource regarding the SmartVoice service
• Track, manage, and communicate status on all implementation milestones to
all level of managers, directors and executives
• Design, implement and manage enhanced services such as Auto Attendants,
UCD hunt groups, and Call Routing Applications
• Act as first tier support for all third party DSL/T1 circuits and AccessLine
provided routers and VoIP gateways
• Coordinate all third party non-AccessLine vendors as it pertains to the
implementation process
• Define, document, implement, and refine AccessLine policies, processes and
procedures for all SmartVoice related products
• Provision circuits and numbers and other basic services for the Smartvoice
product line

• Integrate Eschelon voice and data products into existing customer provided
equipment
• Consult and implement advanced applications such as Unified Messaging,
ACD Systems, CTI based applications, VoIP Endpoints, Inter-Tel Softphones,
IP Networking and PRI Point to Point private networking
• Telephone Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC's)
• Work with other Telco providers such as Qwest, AT&T, ELI, Verizon, and WCI
• Work with CAT3 and CAT5 cabling. Including the terminating and testing of
cable on 66 blocks, patch panels and RJ45 and RJ11 modular ends
• Install and program IDSL, ADSL routers, Firewall and VINA (analog / data)
products
• Provide training for the customer on an administrative and support staff basis
