Maintain open communications with the site supervisor concerning changes in the program, concerns, notification of late arrivals, or absenteeism. Utilize appropriate behavior management techniques with the guidance and assistance of the Behavioral Specialist. Assist the Manager of Employment/Day Support Services by training, supervising, and monitoring the effectiveness of the Employment Services Technician and other substitutes.
