DIPLOMA COURSES THROUGH DISTANCE LEARNING (Approved by Distance Education Council) SESSION: 2013-2014

1. HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT (HM):

SL No. 1 QUALIFICATION MBBS/BDS/Bachelor of AYUSH/ BSc (Nursing)/ M Pharma, i Must be registered with respective State/ National Council. Candidate with degree from abroad must pass MCI test ii.2 years experience in a Govt./NGO/ Private or Corporate Institution as on 15.07.2013 B Pharma,/ Bachelor in Physio- therapy/ 1 year i Must be registered with respective State/ Occupational therapy National Council ii.5 years experience in a Govt./NGO/ Private or Corporate Institution as on 15.07.2013 2. HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE MANAGEMENT ( H& FW): SL No QUALIFICATION DURA ELIGIBILITY TION i Must be registered with respective State/ 1 MBBS/BDS/Bachelor of AYUSH/ 1 BSc (Nursing)/ M Pharma Years National Council. Candidate with degree from abroad must pass MCI test ii. 2 years experience in a Govt./NGO/ Private or Corporate Institution as on 15.07.2013 3. HEALTH PROMOTION SL No **QUALIFICATION DURATION ELIGIBILITY PG in Science, Behavioral Science/ i. Successful completion 1 1 Year ii. 1 year experience in a Govt./NGO/ Management/Commerce/ Accounts Private or Corporate Institution as on 15.07.2013 ** NIHFW has requested Distance Education Council to consider the qualification discipline for Diploma in Health Promotion as 'graduate in any discipline'. If the request is approved by DEC then it will be informed through NIHFW Web site< www.nihfw.org> COURSE FEE: For each course Fee-Rs 10,000 /- -(One time) and Prospectus Fee Rs 200/ Prospectus will be available on web site from 15th May, 2013. Prospectus can be obtained from Distance learning cell (Room No. 417) from 15th May 2013 by hand or by post sending with a Crossed Postal order/ Bank draft for Rs. 200 in favor of the Director, NIHFW, payable at Delhi. The name of the course should be specified while sending the request for prospectus as the prospectus for each course is separate. th Last date of submission of completed application form is 17 June 2013 and with th late fee of Rs 500/- through demand draft only is up to 15 July2013 Institute will not be held responsible for any kind of postal or any other delay.
