God has created us such a way that our bata ,pita ,kafa or phelgum is balanced when we are able to create Satisfaction Happiness or smiling Acceptance of odd things not as per our expectations Removing zealousy To know how Bata, pita and phelgum is related to diseases and our the above mentioned feelings lets know ujjayi,agnisaar and kapalbhati better.In Ambika ,unlike other yoga teachings ,you find inhalation or kapalbhati in individual nostril separately.This unique practice also eases the problem in an easier way also. The question was unanswered and Taiji told that purpose is not of air going to any extent rather the sadhana is of a spiritual line on the back bone. However now conclusively I can say that when air is inhaled that side upto the bottom is affected.and the purpose of god is that only.There by in pranayam we balance both sides breathing for a equllibrium flow of energy on both the sides.PreviouslyI wrote on the topic and sent the article to dainik Samaj ,cuttack ,as Chhota kriyar bada upyogita.

Simultaneously when we use yoga and yogi concepts,we wonder what are these word mean in yoga ? Is it not necessary to know how our body functions?Is it not necessary to use the unutilised dormant energy remaing idle in our body? Is it not an useful general knowledge that we may require to know? Hence it is rightly told that yoga consists not simply postures but also a healthy psychology that we can create.
