SOLOMON FIX is a cheery, twit-of-a-stuffed bear who likes to fix problems— problems
that are often none of his business. He enjoys correctly implementing rules and it’s fun
watch life jack up his plans as he discovers that reality is a lot messier than he imagines.
SOL is complimented by his best friends: a pragmatic-but-rebellious bear named KLEMP
who loves to break the rules and a free spirit stuffed monkey named MUMPY who
doesn’t even know that there are any rules to break. So we have our types to play with:
Qe the Legalist, the Rebel and the Ignorant. Sounds like a writer’s dream io me.
The land of stuffed animals is an enchanted forest called The Land of UNDERBED it
exists entirely under the beds of children around the wor'd. The forest is a beautiful place
filled with talking animals, power-mad chipmunks and giant bunnies that serve as horses.
‘This woodland would be paradise if not for the fact that TROLLS exist and they like to
cat stuffed animals. These stupid, pig-like beasts live Outside of the village and provide
dramatic threat to our heroes. Luckily, Trolls are easily tricked and can even be wooed
into friendship which is all too tempting to a social butterfly like SOLOMON FIX,

woRLDWHY STUFFED ANIMALS?
‘There's another elemeat to SOLOMON FAX that deals with the human children these
stuffed animals are assigned to. The land of UNDERBED gets its name from this world’s
location... which is under fhe bed of children around the world. Humans aren't supposed
to go to UNDERBED but all stuffed animals will one day be sent up to Barth. In this
sense Underbed is like going to school for training to live on Earth. The fun comes from
their perception of children (the Nick audience) up above....some of their perception is
funny because it’s wrong, some because it’s right on,
A few lucky human kids break through the doors under their beds and make it to
UNDERBED from time to time. Other times a roll or ‘rabbit-horse” will make into our
Earth and it's up to SOLOMON to go on an adventure to fix the problem. Earth is a scary
place for stuffed animals, if an adult sees them running around talking, the rules demand
that they lose their self-awareness and turn into plain stuffed animals with buttons for
eyes exc.
Inanimate stuffed creatures can be taken back to UNDERBED and brought back to life
by the ORACLES— thee wise old seamstresses.

&SOLOMON FIX
He is enthusiastic about fixing other people's problems id matter How Se¥Sonal. He looks
on the bright side of every situation and dives head long into projects and situations no
reasonable person would think they could survive.
‘Solomon Fix has social power and has a way of always landing on his feet. He needs to
fee! like everyone is okay in the 100m before he can rest. He feels guilty if anyone in the
world has a Wantor need that he might be able to fix with his wits and a litle love,
Eimbarrassingly childish sentiment is at Solomon Fix’s core. He’s comfortable sharing
every emotion and talks about private matters as if they were public. He believes that one
day the whole world will fuii into order, discomfort will be wiped out and every problem
solved. He's a fixer in a world that doesn’t want to be fixed (but might very well need to
be fixed. STYCFED ANIMALS
Solomon confused having an idea with having a good idea. (gV& cAo
