Please bring all your original certificates pertaining to age, qualification (starting from Matriculation/class X including mark sheets of BE/B.Tech/B.Sc Engg and Caste/Disability (applicable for SC/ST/OBC & PWD only ) for verification. You are also required to submit one set of attested photocopies of all the documents. In case you are presently employed in any State/Central PSU, Government Organization/Department or Autonomous body, you are required produce No Objection Certificate from your employer at the time of your interview. You are required to carry your original GATE 2013 admit card and GATE 2013 score card which must be produced at the time of document verification. Please note that these documents are mandatory and any candidate, who fails to produce the same during document verification will not be allowed to appear for interview process. Please note that the interview call letter is subject to information provided by you in your application and thus meeting the eligibility criteria defined in the advertisement. Suppression of any fact may lead to termination of candidature at any stage of selection process. You have the option to speak in English or Hindi in the Interview. Outstation candidates will be reimbursed to and from rail / bus fare limited to AC - II Tier Rail fare by the shortest route, as per rules of the Corporation for travel within India only. You are required to produce proof of journey undertaken for reimbursement. Please note that you will have to make your own arrangement for stay/ travel. Please read the attached instructions carefully and bring this letter on the date of interview.

CHECK LIST OF CERTIFICATES / TESTIMONIALS TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF INTERVIEW
Please bring a complete set of photocopies (duly attested) of following documents (where applicable) in A-4 size paper duly stapled and arranged in chronological order for submission at the time of interview. (i) GATE Admit Card 2013 and GATE 2013 Score Card A set of Xerox copy of GATE Admit Card and GATE 2013 Score card. (ii) Date of Birth Certificate/Marksheet issued by Board for Matriculation/Higher Secondary in support of proof of age. iii) Educational Qualifications All certificates (starting from Matriculation / class X) in support of educational qualifications. (Candidates having Part-Time or Correspondence Course in prescribed qualification are not eligible). Marksheets for all semesters / years in support of marks obtained in concerned discipline, CGPA/ DGPA / OGPA or Letter Grade, where applicable, should be converted into percentage (%) of marks as per University / Institution norms. Conversion formula for conversion of CGPA/DGPA/OGPA or Letter Grade to percentage, duly certified by Institute/University is required to be produced at the time of interview. (iv) Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC Candidates) Two separate proformas of caste certificate have been prescribed by Govt. of India (Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment)- one for SC/ST and the other for OBC candidates. Candidates claiming to belong to SC/ST or OBC are required to submit the caste certificate in prescribed proforma only (The name of caste/ community to which the candidate belongs must appear in Presidential Order/ Notification issued by Govt. of India). Note : The caste certificate in any other proforma or issued by an authority other than prescribed authority will not be accepted. The Regn. / Serial No. and date of issue must be indicated in the caste certificate. In the caste certificate of OBC, please indicate the Serial Number against the name of caste appearing in the central lists of OBC for the concerned State notified by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, New Delhi. Candidates belonging to OBC but coming in Creamy Layer are not entitled to benefit of reservation. They will be treated as General Category, even though the names of their caste appear in the common list of OBC notified by Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, New Delhi. (v) No Objection Certificate A candidate who is already employed in Govt. / Semi-Govt./ PSU / Autonomous Body is required to submit No objection Certificate from his employer. In case he is under any contractual obligation to serve the employer, the details of the same should also be furnished. Any concealment of this fact will tantamount to suppression of information. IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE You will Interviewed only if you meet the eligibility criteria of the post you have applied for. Bring the relevant educational certificates, mark sheets and caste certificate etc. in proper form along with completed bio-data form. Furnishing of false information or concealment / suppression of factual information will render the candidate unfit for employment. Merely attending Interview shall not be deemed as selection.
