 Crankset installation

Follow the assembly order as in the illustration：

1. Check the BB Shell Spacer configuration ⓞ as described above.

2. Install the R. Bearing Cup ①,Center Sleeve ②, and any Shell Spacers ③ as required. Tighten

cup to. 400-500 kgf.cm / 40-50 Nm / 354-443 in.lbs (Use FSA cup tool part no. E0139.)

3. Install the L. Bearing Cup ⑤ and Shell Spacer ④. Tighten cup to 400-500 kgf.cm / 40-50 Nm /

354-443 in.lbs.

4. Gently and completely insert the R. crank ⑥ through the BB Cups. Take great care not to

damage the plastic cover of the left BB cup.

5. Install the L. crank ⑦ onto the axle.

6. Install the M18 or M12 Preload Bolt ⑧. Tighten the Bolt to 7-15 kgf.cm / 0.7-1.5 Nm / 6-13

in.lbs.

7. Tighten the Inner M5 Pinch Bolt first (close to BB cup), then tighten the Outer M5 Pinch Bolt.

Alternate torque between the two M5 Pinch Bolts until 110-150 kgf.cm / 10.8-14.7 Nm / 95-130

in.lbs is achieved.
