Senior Project Manager, IT Business Solution and Program Management (on Contract) Lead and manage several concurrent ERP programs and projects (both infrastructure and software applications) for different CAE facilities around the world. Manager, Projects & Business Development North America 2007 - 2010 I was responsible to develop, to deliver, and to deploy software programs / project worldwide. In addition, was also responsible to increase software product functionality, SNC-Lavalin and product brand awareness, to increase sales opportunities and lead the projects and proposal efforts to negotiate commercial contracts and software Statements of Work. Negotiated, contracted, developed, and delivered a first SCADA / DMS multi-phase program that included a multi-phase project and a long term partnership agreement with the Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) in San Francisco resulting in a first SCADA / DMS program award in a decade in North America and established the company and its software product brand creditability in North America. For the Hydro Quebec program; negotiated and delivered a software system to Hydro Quebec Research Institute and established a working agreement, resulting in jointly presenting at a major world conference thereby increasing SNC-Lavalin and the software product brand visibility. In the overall SCADA / DMS control system program, I negotiated, developed, and delivered a SCADA / DMS project in Slovenia In addition to actual program project deliveries and as part of the ongoing business development component of the programs I was able to increase SNC-Lavalin and software product brand recognition in the North America market, resulting in a sharp increase in opportunities and proposal activities. In addition, I worked with partners and subcontractors to increase market share and scope where SNC-Lavalin would not be able to successfully self compete resulting in an increase in overall market potential. Led the team in achieving a reduction in schedule developments delays that increased cost saving and quickly established customer creditability and confidence.
