Track record of 10 years earned bonuses for: new client growth, client retention, achieving sales objective and meeting operational budget. Selected by CSO to lead the Manhattan office after 9/11. Office hit objective on $6 million in revenue, which had never been achieved before or subsequently. Led Pittsburgh sales team to write the highest net gain in the company, 26% on $6.6 million in revenue. 2010-2012 Overall responsibility: initiating and building relationships with developers, engineering procurement companies, utilities and manufactures. All projects were vetted to ensure long-term viability, passed to technical team for further evaluation of long term partnership financing.

Secured 5 projects from other financial institutions by building relationships based on trust. Entered into negotiations projects of 20MW, 12MW, 2-5MW and several smaller projects. Worked on RFPs in NC. Identified partners, negotiated terms, helped construct proposals. 1988 2013 Led and motivated sales force to reach company objectives through training, development, accountability, new client growth and SEO/SEM sales.
