Please note! CILS preparation courses and the relative assistance are only aimed at preparing students for the chosen examination. Panorama is in no way connected with the institution carrying out these examinations and does not guarantee enrolment or the final result for the same. 1.Lessons must be ordered through our website www.learnitalian.135.it Upon receipt of the order, we will e-mail instructions to effect the corresponding payment. Lesson will be elaborated and recorded after receipt of the corresponding payment. 2.On sending the order, students must indicate their level of knowledge of the language, which is defined by students themselves. We cannot therefore take any responsibility for such evaluation but can however be contacted for a free evaluation of such level. 3. Upon receipt of payment, we will e-mail final confirmation of order, indicating the date on which the lesson can be downloaded. Lesson will be made available for download within 10 working days after receipt of payment. 4.Each order is independent and does not imply any undertaking for the purchase of complete courses or other lessons. Each lesson

must therefore be ordered separately. If students wish to order two or more lessons using the same order form and effecting a single payment, the first lesson will be made available for download within 10 working days after receipt of payment. Each following lesson will be made available for download within 10 working days from the date of the online conversation. 5. Each lesson is not pre-recorded nor pre-elaborated. It can however contain short passages pre-recorded by mother tongue readers (including virtual readers). The duration of the audio file, the number of texts and activities is set by the assigned teacher, and we will not accept any complaint on this matter. 6. Since each lesson is recorded directly by the teacher, occasional pauses and minor mistakes may occur. This form of live recording is an essential part of our philosophy and we will not accept any complaint on this matter. We will however accept remarks and suggestions (including technical ones). 7. Upon receipt of the order, students are assigned a teacher, who elaborates and records the lesson. If students order a new lesson, they will be assigned the same teacher. In case, however, the same teacher is not available, another teacher will be assigned. We will not accept any complaint on this matter. 8. By ordering a lesson, students needing assistance are allowed 3 e-mails. Replies to each e-mail will be sent within 3 working days after receipt of the same. Replies to extra e-mails will be sent at teachers discretion. 9. All the written activities must be sent by e-mail, according to what indicated by the teacher throughout the lesson. 10. The teacher will acknowledge receipt of the same. If no acknowledgement is received within 2 working days after shipment, students should solicit the same. 11. Written correction of the activities and teachers feedback will be sent by the teacher by e-mail within 3 working days. 12. With the same, students will also receive a list of available dates and times for the 30 minutes online conversation. Students will choose date and time and notify them to the teacher. If, however, they have in the meantime been booked by another student, an updated list will be sent. 13. At the agreed date and time, the teacher will call the student. The duration of the call will be calculated by the teacher starting from the moment the student answers the call. 14. Students must make sure Skype has been installed and that it working, connected and ready for the conversation.

15. If at the agreed date and time students cannot proceed with the conversation, they will have to notify the teacher by e-mail. An updated list will be sent. A new confirmation is required both by the student and the teacher (see point 12). 16. If at the agreed date and time, and without any prior notice, students do not answer the call, they will get a notice by e-mail, together with an updated list of available dates and times. If the teacher and/or the student decide to interrupt the conversation for whatever reason, the student will receive by email a new list of available dates and time, with details of the remaining time. It is understood that the conversation will continue for the remaining time. If, for technical reasons, the teacher is unable to reach the student again, a new list of available dates and time will be sent. However, should it be unacceptable, the teacher can decide to interrupt the conversation. In such case, a new list of available dates and time will be sent. A new confirmation is required both by the student and the teacher (see point 12). 20. We will not in any way accept messages and conversation with immoral and/or offensive contents. Any interruption of service caused by such contents is at teachers discretion and will not give students any right to claim refunds. 21. Lessons do not have a deadline: submissions of written activities and online conversations can be effected at any time. 22. Our prices can be modified at any time. Those reported in our confirmation of order are to be considered as final. 23. The opinions expressed by the teacher throughout the lesson and the conversation are strictly personal. Panorama does not necessarily endorse the same. 24. The audio file and the printable booklet must be downloaded by students. With the confirmation of order, instructions will be sent for the download. If for whatever reason students cannot download the files, they must immediately contact the teacher by e-mail notifying the problem.
