Categories of Applicants allowed as Walk-In with ARN Following mentioned categories of applicants are allowed as Walk-in Applicants. Applicants falling under these categories need to register Online, fill in the online application form and generate Application Reference Number (ARN) at least one day in advance before visiting the PSK. Such applicants may visit the PSK with required set of documents and a copy of printed ARN sheet between 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM only: 1. Applicants for issue of Police Clearance Certificates (PCC)

Senior Citizens of age 60 years & above. Minor Applicants below 15 years of age, provided both parents have valid passports. Minor Applicants below 15 years of age, provided both parents have valid passports, and one parent is abroad and has issued Embassy / Consulate certified No Objection Certificate (NOC) to the other parent to apply. Minor Applicants below 15 years of age, provided both parents do not have passports, but have given No Objection Certificate (NOC).

Applicants seeking Passport and Passport Related Services are intimated that from 14-06-2012 onwards, online Tatkaal appointments will not be released. However, applicants desirous of availing tatkaal services would require obtaining Application Reference number (ARN) under Tatkaal category option & whiling booking appointment to avail appointment from the Normal Appointment Pool, for submission of the application in the PSK. Once the applicant arrives at PSK, the necessary documents desired for Tatkaal services and Verification Certificate will be verified by Government official and thereafter Tatkaal token will be issued, if documents are in order.

All applicants who had submitted their applications but are kept ON-HOLD due to incomplete documentations are requested to visit the PSK between 9:30AM to 11:00 AM on any working day with complete documentation as required, along with Fee Receipt, Acknowledgement Letter etc. in originals.

General public/passport applicants are informed that enquiry related services would not be available at Regional Passport Office, Kormangala, Bangalore on all Wednesdays, starting 9th May 2012. Enquiry related queries will be entertained on all other working days except Wednesday. However, cases pertaining to tatkaal appointments will continue as usual.

v.

It has come to the notice of the Regional Passport Officer, Bangalore that few applicants are not able to get appointment under the new Passport Seva System at the four Passport Seva Kendra viz (Bangalore - 2 PSKs, Mangalore -1 PSK, Hubli -1 PSK) under Regional Passport Office, Bangalore. Those applicants applying under Tatkaal and those who are in need of passports for Educational, Medical, Visa interview, job purpose etc. and not able to get appointments are hereby advised to come to Regional Passport Office, Bangalore located at 8th block, 80 feet road, Koramangala on all working days from 10AM to 12:30PM.. They will be issued out of turn walk-in appointments to submit their applications on priority basis in any of the Passport Seva Kendra as mentioned above. This scheme has been implemented with effect from 21/02/2012. Applicant should visit RPO with valid printed ARN sheet (Application Registration Number) along with requisite documents for processing of his/her application.
