Gangashahar, Bikaner.(Rajasthan). It was established under the Trust of Prem Chand
Tolaram Bafna Trust. Its Head Office is located at Guwahati Assam (a philanthropic trust,
with many activities for human welfare and social development). During initial period
the academy was suffering from financial crisis and it was running in loss of Rs.10 Lakh
in the year 1997. The management committee of trust in the year 1997 decided to
change the chairman and managing committee for brighter future of the Bafna
Academy and to overcome the losses. The Trust decided to appoint Sh. Inder Chand
Dugar as new chairman..

and administration of the Academy. He verified the situation in 15 days and on the
request of the Trust agreed to take over the responsibility in the year 1997. He was
appointed for 3 years. The management committee of the Bafna Trust told Mr. Dugar
that they will not provide any money in case of any loss. He agreed but in response he
told that he will also not provide any profit to the trust as it will be used for the welfare
of the Academy and extension of the institute. Mr. Dugar accepted the leadership in
1997 for 3 years. The number of students at that time was 284.

employed without formal interview. The other option was to quit the institute on
completion of the session. She thought once a minute and agreed with chairman and
accepted the decision of chairman. The other teachers were also convinced and agreed
with administration of the Academy. For well experienced teachers the salary was
revised to RS.2750/= pm by granting two increments.
On the advise of CA one retired Supt of Railway was working in office getting
payment of Rs. 4700/= pm, instead of him a new man could be employed @ Rs.
2400/=pm. As before 1997 there was no rules and regulation for pay of the staff i.e.
their qualification, experience and output due to this lot of extra financial burden was
on the trust. So by screening all these things appointment of new teachers and office
