Chapter-V Data Analysis and Interpretation

Data analysis and interpretation is an astonishing skill to discover the new things for a researcher in his study. It calls for the researchers own judgment and skill, analysis means a critical examination of the assembled and grouped data for studying the characteristic of the object and for determining the patterns of relationship among the variables relating to it. Table-4.1 Showing Respondents opinion about they have been successful in attaining their career objectives.

Interpretation: From the above table it was found that 53% of the respondents strongly agree, 40% of the respondents agree,7% of the respondents Undecided opinion about they have been successful in attaining their career objectives.

Interpretation: From the above table it was found that 50% of the respondents meets interest, 27% of the respondents meets values,13% of the respondents meets skills 27% competences and 7% life and career that what employees are interested in having as part of their career.
