CONTRACT FOR MIDDLE MANAGER LEVEL JOB

Job Location: Mobilink Pakistan Employment Full Time Type: Salary Range: Mid 30's

Description: The Human Resource Managers job purpose is to maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. This is a highly responsible position which deals with matters of a confidential nature and requires skills in business organization, data tracking and input. Human Resources Manager works closely with Senior Business and Operations Administrator and CEO. Duties: Duties & Responsibilities:

Process paperwork in all phases of recruitment, employee orientation, insurance, benefits, personnel files, unemployment claims, and workers compensation. Responsible for payroll submission and tracking. Maintains human resource records through filing system; keeping past and current records for audit trail as necesasary. Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements;

Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys (scheduling and conducting position evaluations); assist in preparing pay budgets; assist with recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions. Maintains employee benefits programs; recommending benefit programs to management; processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; facilitating benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs. Establish and maintains a recruiting, and interviewing program; counseling mana gers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements, employee status and job descriptions for all positions. Prepares newly hired employees by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs; track status of employee training requirements, physical and TB updates, screening and renewals. Perform all assigned administrative duties following policies and procedures. Answering telephone calls; sort and process mail; generate all correspondence, memos, and reports. Follow strict policies of confidentiality in all financial, payroll, client, and personnel matters. Act as backup to the SBOA. Learn all aspects of this position, being prepared to cover duties temporarily as needed. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Qualifications: Education and Experience: Degree or diploma in human resources management, business administration or equivalent Generalist human resources experience Knowledge of the principles, practices and standards of HR administration Knowledge of business principles Knowledge of relevant regulations

Other Employment Information: Must pass drug screening, fingerprinting and background check 90-day initial probation period for employee with review at the end of that period
