Remove aluminium louvers in elevation and in front of the stairs Door type : From solid timber to semi solid Internal doors to be 2.2m and external doors 2.7m Sliding doors to be replaced by Leaf doors - kitchen area Kitchen: reduce the size of the sliding doors and keep it two doors. Optimization of HVAC Capacity and adjustment of duct sizes and routing as per the heat load calculation. The type of refrigerant used in the a/c units is changed from environment friendly(R407c/R10a) to R22 Change of Stainless steel condensate drain pan in the FCU's to GI. Proposing alternate make/brand and country of manufacturing for A/C units A/C Refrigerant Copper pipe and fitting (change from hard to soft copper). AC ducting from GI to Pre-Insulated ducting except on the roof. Sound liner (from fiber glass to rubber material). Change of domestic water supply riser pipe from copper to UPVC/PPR/PB. Replacement of all LPG underground pipes from seamless steel to PEX pipes. Change the enclosure for local make instead of the same components make Omission of Heat Recovery Unit (HRU) for LWT retail area. Wall mounted Extract Fans (Change body and blades from Metallic to ABS). Change pump with VFD to pump without VFD. Change of Make/brand of the Pump and the rpm of the pump. Omission of Water tank and pump for the retail unit. The water meter for retail unit is removed and only provision to be provided. Shaver sockets to be removed from all toilets and bathrooms Removal / Relocate the power sockets from the Balconies Remove smoke detectors from the WIR and corridors Reducing the number of power sockets in bedrooms Removing the Table lights from Bedrooms From 3 numbers of lights in PVR first floor void area, 3 numbers of lights to be removed because there is a tempered clear glass ballustrade installed at that place From 4 numbers of lights in CYVR first floor void area, 2 numbers of lights to be removed because there is a tempered clear glass ballustrade installed at that place Reduction of Water tank capacity for CYVF, CYVR, PVF, PVR, CTH, CV, HTV & HSV. (6 cu.m to 4 cu.m) due to omission of Firefighting system. Reduction in number of water tanks in ETH- from 4 tanks to 1 Replace the concrete tank to GRP tank wherever the water tanks are under the landscaped area or other than driveway. GRC Roof Drain - Reduction in Quantities. All GRC roof drains to be removed except on the upper roof. Deletion of Exhaust Fan at Bin enclosure Sprinkler system value engineered for CYVF, CYVR, PVF, PVR, CTH, CV, HTV & HSV in compliance with EHS Fire Dept. requirements.excluding LWT and ETH. Simplification of the Addressable Fire Alarm System to Standalone detectors for CYVF, CYVR, PVF, PVR, CTH, CV, HTV & HSV in compliance with EHS Fire Dept. requirements. Total Saving for MEP Items
