Hardware

Is physical equipment of computer system . Hardware have different functions, but in system of interrelated and work together . Hardware can work with intructions that can be understand by hardware . Hardware can be divided into five categories

1 .Input Device
Input device is computer device that is used to input data into computer system .
Input Device consists of :

Mouse
It is a device with two buttons and a scroll in between the two buttons . Used to move the pointer that appear on the screen . Pointer move because of the ball at the bottom of the touch surface mouse pad.

Keyboard
Is device to input text and characters by depressing buttons

Scanner
Is devices to scanning of an image . From this process, image will be stored on a computer .

Light Pen
Electronic pointer used to modify and to design an image with a screen (monitor) .

Touch pad
Is the device on the usefulness laptop with mouse . That is to move the cursor on the screen.

Microphone
This device is used to insert sound into the computer for multimedia applications to be made.

Joy stick
Used to control the game and also connected to a computer like devices . Can not be used to control the software .

Webcam
Webcam is video or image capturing devices connected to computers or computer networks .

2. Process device
Device used to cultivate And process the data .

Power supply

Power supplay provide electricity to variou appliances supplay convert CPU power generation and supply of electricity remains to use the computer.

Memory
Memory is a tool that serves the data processing and storing information and instructions . The greater the capacity of the memory used, the more data and commands that can be stored

Motherboard

Motherboard is a circuit board where variou interconnected electronic components . On this motherboard hardware such as hard drive, ram, processor and other hardware connected.

Processor
Processor is a chip that is the main processing center and control various computing devices .

3. Output device
A device that serves as an output device from the results of an instruction that has been processed by the CPU .

Monitor
It is a tool for displaying the results of data processing typing . In the form of text and images that are processed in the CPU .

Printer
Priter is a device that produces output data print, in the form of text and pictures / graphics.

Speaker
Hardware is used to make a sound .

Projector

Almost the same as the monitor for visual / image, but infocus require another object as a media receiver signals emitted image processing function to display the results on the screen / screen

4. Storage device
A device that serves as a data storage device and program information permanently reverted back to the computer at any time needed . We can store data without fear of losing due to lack of electricity.

Floppy disk
Floppy disk is an additional tool
to save or write to disk or vice versa, a commonly used measure is the size 3.5 inches with a size of 1.44 MB .

Harddisk
Hard disk is a data storage device on a computer in the long run. This hard drive is stored or attached to the cpu then called an internal hard drive .

Flashdisk
Actually flash disks and floppy disks have the same function, just flash disk typically has a storage capacity far greater than floppy disks.

Compact Disk
Storage medium made of plastic. The process of storing and reading data using an optical system.

5. Periferal Modem ( Modulator Demodulator ) modulator is a device modulates analog carrier signals digital information, and also demodulates such as carrier signals to decode the transmitted information .

Soundcard
The sound card is a computer hardware that is used to make a sound and voice recording
