Rambus CV 00-20905 under the terms of the protective orders in this case. SK hynix seeks to file portions of the Brief and the Declaration (with exhibits) under seal because they contain business and financial information, including information about SK hynixs sales revenue and Rambuss license agreements, that the parties have designated confidential.
