Prognosis:
Regularexercise,acupuncturetreatmentsand/orstopping/limitingactivitiesthatcausedinjury cangetridofpainsymptoms.Patientsmustbementallyvigilantandpayattentiontoposture, whatactivitiestheydidtocausepainandseeingiftheygetenoughexercise.
