Value Type and Approach: The values set are an estimate of the current replacement cost at which the appraised jewelry may be purchased in a retail jewelry store. A combination of the market-data comparison approach and the cost approach was used to determine the final estimate of value. This appraisal's fee was not based upon the item(s) value. Assumptions & Limiting Conditions: As prices vary from jeweler to jeweler, the values determined are estimates based on market research for replacement prices of a similar item, and should be considered an average based on this market research. Unless otherwise stated all weights, grades, and measurements are approximated based on the limitations that grading mounted gemstones present. As such, all grades are considered provisional based on these limiting conditions of grading mounted gemstones. Unless otherwise stated all gemstones were graded while mounted. The condition of the item is good for the type and age unless otherwise stated. Ordinary wear and tear is not noted. Gemstones are assumed treated by normal measures as customary in the trade.
