PERSONAL RESPONSE Lifestyle ( healthy eating )

Health is define as physical and mental well being which is include freedom from disease, pain, defect and many more. Most people accept that health can be divided into two aspects which is physical and mental health. For humans, physical mental health means a good body health which is healthy because of regular physical activity and good nutrition. On the other hand, mental health refers to peoples cognitive and emotional well being. A person who enjoys a good mental health does not have a mental disorder. That is why it is important to keep our health always healthy so that we could live happily without any compromise and in harmony stated. Our health our responsibilities, to take care of it, we need to calculate on everything that we take especially the food that we eat. Healthy eating begins with learning how to eat in smarter way. It is not just what we eat, but how we eat. We must choose the food that can reduce the risk of illnesses such as heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. Regarding to this, the food choices can improve our health by boosting our energy, sharpening our memory and stabilizing our mood. In this real life, people often sick because of the food that they take since they were young until they get the diseases, especially people in Malaysia. The food in Malaysia is currently high in sugar, salt, and even high in cholesterol. That is why people in Malaysia easily caught into diseases such as heart disease and diabetes. Of course all of it should be taken seriously because we did not want our self or maybe our grandchildren live in bad habits of food. Eating properly and regularly is really important because what we eat and drink now, affects our health in the future.

Addition to this, during the Ramadan, muslim are regarded to fasting in a month. All the food taken are really important because it is really needed by the body during the fasting day. We should eat more dates as they are excellent source of sugar, fibre, carbohydrates, potassium and magnesium so that, we will not tired and even exhausted during the fasting month. Moreover, to stay healthy in our eating, we should follow the food pyramid which is good as our guide. It can conduct us to a healthy balanced diet. We should eat more fruit and vegetables because it contains lots of nutrition which is need by our body. Furthermore, it gives us more advantages than can lead us to be healthier in our life. As the conclusion, healthy eating is really important to our bodies. If our bodies are human machines food is our fuel. How well we eat, affects how well our bodies work, and how long we live. A healthy diet is sometimes called a balanced diet as it needs to consist of different types of foods. Love our bodies as we love the ones.
