The one-day course on Tuesday, August 6 is a new course providing an overview of effective corporate patent portfolio development and management systems, from invention capture to application filing strategies to maintenance fee decisions. On August 6-7, we will be offering another new course that will take attendees through each phase of a Section 337 investigation, from the ITC's pre-filing requirements through petitions for review and review by the Commision.
