Tier 2: Experienced CCDP

Can use CCDP after name. Minimum requirements (will also include a points system for determining experience and competencies):
A) 1 year related certificate + 4 years related experience, or B) 2 year related diploma + 3 years related experience, or C) Unrelated 3-4 year degree + 3 years related experience, or D) Related 3-4 degree + 2 years related experience, or E) Unrelated Masters degree + 2 years related experience, or F) Related Masters degree + 1 year related experience. All of the above require the mandatory courses as well.

Tier 3: Master CCDP

Draft Model A one-time option available for the first three years after the model is launched, to CDPs currently working in the field.
Tier 2 requires 5 years related experience, mandatory courses, and proven competencies, based on a point system. Tier 3 requires the Tier 2 requirements plus additional proven competencies and additional points in the point-based system.
