Checklist for Accepted Transfer Students

Congratulations on your acceptance!


Now that you have been accepted, the following checklist will help assure you are taking the appropriate next steps.

Student ID Number:

Your student ID number is listed on your acceptance letter. Be sure to keep this number close by. It will help you complete the remaining paperwork as a s make correspondence, with all department on campus, much. * Included in your acceptance packet

Whether you plan on commuting or living on campus, you will want to submit this requirement soon after your acceptance. This item will reserve your spot in the classroom as well as, if you will be living on campus, a spot in the residence halls. Unmarried, undergraduate students under the age of 21, who do not live with their parents, must live on campus. Exceptions may include students who have a minimum of 64 credit hours passed, a cumulative GPA of 2.25 *Housing Agreement: if you will be living on campus be sure to submit your housing agreement along with your enrollment deposit and deposit card. These forms will need to be completed by your physician and submitted to Campbell Universitys Student Health Services Department prior to the start of classes at Campbell. You do not need to have these forms complete prior to submitting your deposit.

Complete the FAFSA. Visit www.FAFSA.ed.gov, to complete the FAFSA. Add Campbell Universitys FAFSA Code (002913) to the

list of schools receiving your information. Keep in touch with our Financial Aid Office throughout the process as they request various verification forms to complete your awards package. You may contact the Financial Aid Office at 910-893-1310. An official awards package may not be available until the final evaluation of your transfer credits is complete.

An official evaluation of your credits will be performed by our registrars office upon full acceptance to Campbell University and or completion of your final semester prior to attending Campbell. You will receive an official copy of your evaluation in the mail upon completion of this review. If you are currently taking classes please be sure to request your final transcript as soon as you finish the semester.

Credit Evaluation

Orientation/Class Registration

Orientation is your opportunity to register for classes and meet your assigned adviser. More information regarding Orientation can be found at www.campbell.edu/admissions/transfer/orientation/. The important thing to remember about Orientation is that you will be registering for your classes. Your adviser will have a copy of your credit evaluation in his or her file.

Tuition Payments

In order to familiarize yourself with how to set up a tuition payment plan, please be sure to visit our Business Office website at: http://www.campbell.edu/student-services/businessoffice/ . You will need to have set up a payment plan in order to start classes. If you have not set up a tuition payment plan by the first day of classes, you will be required to put down a $1000.00 deposit in order to attend classes.
