A series of Reiki Tummo Workshops are being held in University of Limerick from Friday 23rd March - Monday 26th March 2012 All truth is in your heart, not in the physical heart, but in the core within yourself where your true self resides. To access that truth you must open your heart and Reiki Tummo can help you do just that. Reiki Tummo is not a tradition founded on Usui Reiki. It is a technique that developed independently and goes beyond healing to assist you in your spiritual growth. Spiritual progress in Reiki Tummo is based on learning to use your heart more in your daily life and opening your heart for true insight and understanding. When you learn Reiki Tummo you are introduced to energy channelling for healing, but also as a tool to lead you into your heart so you can learn directly from your heart, rather than from others.

Saturday 24th March 2012 9am - 6pm WAS 120 NOW 90 You will develop the capability and be taught how to channel energy to yourself and others. In addition, the level 1 attunement provides the initial Kundalini activation & preparation for the Kundalini awakening in level 2.The crown, heart and palm chakras are opened & the sushumna is cleansed. Your connection to both Divine and Earth core energies are established.

Meditation
Monday 26th March 2012 9am - 1pm: Was 190 Now 140 Most difficulties encountered in meditation are caused by the wandering mind. During this workshop, the pineal gland is activated in a specific manner allowing you to more effectively reach a higher state of meditation. This level of focus is usually reached only by those who have practiced meditation for many years. The primary goal is to teach the true goal of meditation & how to perform meditation correctly. Prerequisites: Reiki Tummo 1 & 2

Reiki Tummo 2
Sunday 25th March 2012 9am - 6pm: Was 240 Now 180 Your ability to channel energy is further developed & enhanced. You will be attuned to traditional Reiki symbols to perform hands-on & distant healing. Additional symbols, unique to Reiki Tummo for dissolving & eliminating negative energy, smoothing the aura & working with the Kundalini itself will also taught. In the attunement, your entire sushumna channel is safely & gently opened; your Kundalini is awakened and reaches at least your navel chakra. Tummo meditation techniques are given along with other healing & protection practices. In the two Kirlian photographs below of a persons fingertips before & after the attunement, you can clearly see the differences. The energy around the person who has received the first degree attunement becomes thicker and improves in quality (brighter). Thus, not only will the practitioner be energetic and have more vital energy but will also tend to be healthier as the protective layer is much thicker and stronger.

Kundalini

You will learn how to accelerate the Kundalini cleansing & purifying process & to move the core of the Kundalini to higher chakras.
