Throughout my life, and from a very young age, Ive always known that my life sprang from the Source of Life that many refer to as God. My concept of this Prime Creator is not one of a powerful man with long white hair and beard who is ever watchful, waiting for the opportunity to punish transgressions. This version of God is the one known to cause the death of thousands of people, and beyond that, even the death of their children, goats, cattle, chickens, even the destruction of their agricultural fields, all for one mans adultery or other transgression. Again, this is not my idea of the Source of All Life that is Love and Truth, that only wishes for me to become all that I can be in order to increase the Beauty and Love of Creation, rather than detract from it. Ive never considered myself to be a religious man, but I have always believed in this Source of Life and that its Spirit is within each of us and was particularly pure in the embodiment of Jesus of Nazareth Emmanuel, meaning God Among Us, The Christ. Pure in that he remembered who he was, unlike the masses who have been left in a state of forgetfulness until we seek the Truth and remember who we are, too. And it is from the teachings, sacrifices and Love of Christ that I have come to be the man that I am imperfect, but growing toward knowledge of The Truth and Love, which is the Source of Life. While Im not one to quote Holy Scripture frequently, there is a certain gem therein that has more meaning than I believe most comprehend. To Whit: Matthew 6:24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. Ive never felt that I loved, worshipped, or served mammon money, nor other false idols. But our world has been based on a system of control called COMMERCE for thousands of years. And Commerce has everything to do with money.

In my America, the federal and all state governments are de facto in nature and are COMMERCIAL CORPORATE entities, no longer de jure government of, by, and for The People. The U.S. Government is a corporation, the courts are corporations, even local Sheriffs offices are, in fact, registered as corporations all of which are COMMERCIAL in nature. All those serving as employees, officers, or agents of these corporations these de facto governments, are corporate and COMMERCIAL in nature also. Away from their official duties, most would be considered to be acting in the private capacity. But in their official, on the job work, they are in their corporate COMERCIAL capacity, whether they comprehend this, or not. The Office of Sheriff, the elected defender of The Peoples Natural Rights within the republic states has been long abandoned; vacant. It still exists having never been abolished. It, like all other state and national offices, continue to exist but due to a lack of knowledge, remain vacated, awaiting population by truly free, NON-COMMERCIAL people in their private capacity but performing their functions in their Public, not COMMERCIAL capacity. And the people have, en masse, unknowingly given their Consent to be converted to, and act as agent of, a commercial entity that they believe to be their living Selves. And as victims who have been deceived into giving their tacit Consent to be converted into financial COLLATERAL for CORPORATE entities, they must serve other COMMERCIAL fictions. I, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, am a living man and conduct my affairs in my private capacity. ALL CAPS NAME, a corporate Trust, a COMMERCIAL entity and legal fiction, was created upon the REGISTRATION of my birth with the STATE with a Birth Certificate Bond. I am not the Trust. I am the living Beneficiary of that Trust. And since fictions, like CORPORATIONS, including GOVERNMENT CORPORATIONS, can only see and interact with other fictions, they can only do business interact, with other fictions, not with living men and women. So when a court sends a Notice addressed to that fiction that seems to be who you are, and you respond, you the living being are Consenting to act as agent for the similarly named Trustthe fiction. But you are not the Trust. You, the living being are the Beneficiary of that Trust. And you are under no obligation to act as agent for that Trust, except no one tells you this. So you give your Consent to CONTRACT COMMERCIALLY with the sending fiction without full knowledge and disclosure of whats really happening. Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because you have rejected knowledge, I will also reject you, that you shall be no priest to me: because you have forgotten the law of your God, I will also forget your children. Its been said the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom; that we are to fear the Lord. I do not see this as fear of punishment from a loving Creator but rather, a fear of not measuring up to the loving and hopeful expectations of the Source of Life; a fear of

disappointing; a fear of failing to become what I was intended by this True Source of Life to become. Call it fear nonetheless. But there is something else that the people, en masse, have been conditioned to fear in the world of COMMERCE that encapsulates them Government COMMERCIAL entities that pretend to be their representative de jure governments. And The People fear their government and the many extensions of this corporate, manmade construct like the tax collector, the corporate codes, statutes, and agency regulation enforcers incorrectly identifying themselves as Law Enforcement. Those who serve this corporate COMMERCIAL construct, termed legal fictions, are, in their official capacity, legal fictions themselves as officers, agents, or employees, of their employer fictions. They are in truth, COMMERCIAL Code Enforcers. Most are not aware of this fact. But these enforcers are still living men and women in their private capacity who deserve, like everyone else, to be loved and forgiven. And few of them realize that while performing their official functions, they are nothing less than agents of an artificial COMMERCIAL construct ultimately serving the needs and desires of their Principles, the money changers, the central bankers and other corporate government fictions. A few have awakened to this fact; most have notyet. People fear their corporate government and they especially fear the Enforcers, most of whom are armed with weapons they are prepared to use in their official capacity as fictions, instead of living, breathing offspring complete extensions of the Source of Life that is urging them within to awaken to who they really are. Most people have said they love, serve, and therefore fear their concept of God. But all, except those precious few in history, have likewise feared and served another god, COMMERCIAL in nature. 2 Kings 17:41 Even while these people were worshiping the LORD, they were serving their idols. To this day their children and grandchildren continue to do as their ancestors did. This is nothing less than attempting to serve two Masters. Doing so is what has kept living men and women in a state of illusion, never comprehending the Truth of who they really are and too wrapped up in COMMERCE, fearing its constructs or serving them, to take the time to seek this Truth. I used to be one of them. And what does this divided loyalty, this serving of two Masters result in? War and killing and lies and horror and death and destruction and despair - extreme poverty of billions of people, disease, starvation, engineered famines, mindless poisoning of the planet, and all the rest. And all the while, people considered "good and decent" shrug and move on as long as "they got theirs". Prisoners by their own Consent who have learned

that if they keep their head down, act respectable, and stay out of trouble, they'll "succeed" by obtaining a few more material (commercial) comforts than their starving and dying brothers and sisters around the world. And so, Ive learned that one cannot fight for Peace, nor remain in a state of rebellion or war against this false god of COMMERCE, the same system in place long ago in Babylon. One must first find Peace within oneself and forgive and be at Peace with those that still fear and serve that fiction god COMMERCE based in CORPORATIONS. Being in Peace and at Peace is the key. This ending of the unconscious serving of two Masters is at the root of my purpose for declaring WHO I AMand who I am not, as detailed in the document in the Public Record titled: NOTICE OF PRIVATE STATUS, DECLARATION OF NATIONALITY, DECLARATION OF PEACEFUL INTENT AND EXPLICIT RESERVATION OF RIGHTS Of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Sui juris Many so-called patriots and those in such movements, militia members, and those who identify themselves as Sovereign Citizens, have comprehended this same issue of COMMERCE and attempted to exit this system. Some have been ridiculed or harassed; others have been imprisoned. Many seek relief from burdensome debt or to avoid taxation. Some even believe it will lead to great wealth. Others file dubious UCC claims against public officials of the corporate fiction for tens of millions of dollars an act of war against the fiction. None of which applies to me. What Ive learned in searching for the Truth of this matter is that those who have failed to fully awaken and depart this system of COMMERCE, where they have been capitalized upon and converted into FINANCIAL COLLATERAL for a fictional Public Debt, attempted it without being at Peace and in Peace. They attempted, with good intent perhaps, to depart the system by becoming belligerent and making war against that which they could have departed from Peacefully and in a Spirit of Love and Forgiveness, even for those that they perceived as having oppressed them and caused them harm in the past. Peace, Love, and Forgiveness is all that there is and I believe these are the Source of Life itself. And once one truly Loves and Serves the True Source of Life, without dividing themselves in order to serve COMMERCE at the same time (serving two Masters), one is freeas the Source of Life intended and bequeathed to each and every one of us, the living extensions of this Source of Creative Power.

And as for this ancient system of control through COMMERCE that has its known origins in ancient Babylon this system that turns brother against brother, sister against sister, this system of COMMERCE that I believe is referred to in Revelation 18:4-5 as the Whore of Babylon and where it is written: And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that you be not partakers of her sins, and that you receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached to heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities.; Im simply coming out of her and no longer able or willing to serve two Masters. Peace to All,
