FAST FOOD INDUSTRY AWARD [MA000003] COMMENCING 1ST JULY 2012

(effective from 1st full pay period on or after 1st July 2012)
Full Modern Award Rates. Employers may choose to pay the full modern award rates below. This pay-table does not include any transitional provisions. However, pay tables with transitional calculations can be accessed by visiting our online shop at www.haycroft.com.au . The pay-rates below are inclusive of the 2012 Annual wage increase of 2.9%. For allowances and classification definitions refer to the award.

BASE RATES OF PAY (Monday to Friday - ordinary hours)

Note: the casual rate of pay is calculated inclusive of the 25% casual loading.

All penalties and overtime provisions (*except Saturday penalty for casuals) are based on the appropriate full time rate of pay e.g. Casual Level 1 Sunday rate = $17.53 x 175% = $30.68.
