KnowledgeLake Captures Mobile Audience with Introduction of New Application

SharePoint ECM comes to iPhone with launch of the KnowledgeLake Capture app. Mobile workers can now experience rapid SharePoint content delivery from anywhere.
KnowledgeLake is excited to announce the recent launch of KnowledgeLake Capture for the iPhone and iPod, a SharePoint Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution that keeps pace with a work force on the go. The mobile data capture solution, now available in the Apple AppStore, enables users to capture and send documents, images, and data to Microsoft SharePoint directly from an iPhone. We created this application in an effort to bridge the communication gap between field workers - whose desk is often nothing more than a passengers seat - and their coworkers, customers and partners. KnowledgeLake Capture provides mobile users with greater access to business processes - both in the office and in the field making their jobs easier and increasing productivity, said Matt Buechler, product manager, KnowledgeLake. With KnowledgeLake Capture, SharePoints robust workflow and content management capabilities are always within reach. The app empowers users to capture documents and photos from an iPhones camera, tag content with searchable metadata, and connect road warriors to centrally-hosted business processes and systems. Capture already offers a powerful solution for tagging and indexing content from a mobile device, but when combined with additional licensing for KnowledgeLake Imaging, Capture takes on a whole new level of speed and validation. When paired with Imagings central metadata configuration, KnowledgeLake Capture is enhanced with collapsed taxonomies, look-ups and functionality consistent with KnowledgeLakes Connect and Capture desktop applications. With Imagings SharePoint Business Connectivity Services (BCS), Capture also allows users to automatically tag and associate their content with information available from their ERP, HR and CRM systems. KnowledgeLake Capture requires: iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, or iPhone 5 with iOS 6.0 or later Access to a SharePoint 2010 site using Forms or Windows-based authentication KnowledgeLake Imaging enhancements require additional licensing for KnowledgeLake Imaging Considering the speed of business today, how quickly businesses gather, manage and use information can separate them from the competition. Having the mobile capabilities to onboard and interact with SharePoint content helps users complete projects faster, close deals sooner and serve clients better while out of the office, said Buechler. To learn more about SharePoint ECM for the iPhone, watch this video or download the KnowledgeLake Capture App from the Apple AppStore.

KnowledgeLake introduces a competitively priced, Accounts Payable Automation solution for SharePoint that provides customers with the unique opportunity to maximize their overall Microsoft investment and gain rapid costs and productivity savings.
KnowledgeLake, the SharePoint ECM company, is excited to announce today the launch of their Accounts Payable Solution for Microsoft SharePoint. KnowledgeLakes Accounts Payable (AP) solution is a robust platform that facilitates paper and electronic data capture, workflow automation, search and retrieval, ERP integration, and realtime analytics. Powered by Microsoft SharePoint, the framework accelerates deployment time, enabling organizations to quickly reduce invoice processing costs, improve operational productivity and achieve rapid ROI. KnowledgeLakes invoice processing software can be easily configured to fit existing accounts payable approval workflow without disrupting an enterprises unique business processes. We created this solution framework to heal the key pain points our accounts payable clients experience from purchase to payment, day in and day out. said Jason Burian, director of customer excellence at KnowledgeLake. As AP departments are continually tasked to do more with less, this solution fosters a pain-free transition to AP automation. KnowledgeLake delivers key accounts payable automation benefits that include:
AN INCREASE IN ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COST SAVINGS - Significantly reduces the costs of processing invoices,

purchase orders, checks, receipts, packing slips and other paper-based documents. It removes hidden costs associated with storing, searching and finding paper documents located in storage rooms.
A BOOST IN STAFF PRODUCTIVITY Increases productivity by standardizing or automating repeatable tasks at every stage of the accounts payable process. It reduces risks and human errors from late payments, double payments, lost payments, etc. MAXIMIZED ROI FROM YOUR MICROSOFT INVESTMENT - Using SharePoint for accounts payable drives user

adoption and increases end-user satisfaction by deploying a cost-effective and low-risk solution that uses proven SharePoint ECM technology. Initial end user training and ongoing solution support is minimal.
DEEP INTEGRATION WITH YOUR SYSTEMS AND SOFTWARE -The solution integrates with nearly all ERP software

platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This integration facilitates immediate access to all financial documents without navigating away from the ERP system. Organizations save money on ERP licenses since document approver licenses are not needed within SharePoint. With KnowledgeLake, we were able to achieve an all-in-one solution so our accounts payable clerks dont have to go through the cumbersome process of keying in information manually, said Brian Griffeth, senior systems analyst, TricorBraun. The KnowledgeLake Accounts Payable solution is currently available and will have its official launch at the Microsoft Convergence Conference (March 18 21, 2013.)
