Location: Bardstown RoadHighlands of Louisville Favorites: A lot of people in that area dress like skinny jeans, button down shirts, dress shirts with

all scarves, any scarves. I really love scarves. Inspiration: Islam stresses the idea of feminine modesty, which is a concept that I believe in. It affects the way I dress, whether its not wearing clothing that reveals too much skin, the shape of my body, or the hijab that I wear around my head.

Location: Avalons bedroomHighlands Favorites: My grandma gave me some rhinestones from India and those are on the wall, so if Im feeling that, Ill wear something that reflects my culture. Inspirations: I take pictures from magazines, or computer images, or even something from my grandmas scrapbook and put them on the walls in bedroom....My culture also inspires me....I dont really think its my culture as much as it is my wall that influences me though. If something inspires me, it goes onto my wall. It represents what Im feeling aesthetically.

Location: Kate Torp Gallery, second floor Favorites: I really love turquoise and orange, I saw these colors years ago and started seeing them everywhere. I usually wear those all the time, I have socks, orange shirts, and turquoise camesoils. Inspirations: Complementary colors are the colors that are opposite of each other on the color wheel, that contrast each other the most, and you shouldnt put those together. But I kind of do it anyway and use split complementary tones which is using one color and its complementary mixed with another.

Fashion Forecast

Colored pants are really in this year with basic tops. Brennan Tucker (9). I dont really keep up with fashion trends. I just do my own things. Trends are too mainstream. Hannah Phillips (9). I would consider the clothes at Urban Outfitters one of this years trends, whatever you would classify that as. James Stone (12).
