To ensure WPS and PQR all approved and all requires section and code To ensure the welder qualification as per the code and standard. Maintained welder qualification record, welding procedure specification and PQR. To ensure JCC card for the welder before start the job for production joint To ensure the welding procedure is applicable as per the return approved document To ensure all welding inspector activate before, during and after welding in the job. And maintain daily welding report (DWR) To ensure the NDT test is require for the joint Reviewed register for all repair and for penalty shots taken for percentage radiography. Finalized the welding work, weld-ment and checked as per specification indicated in NDT methods. Carried out loop check with respect to loop drawings, after completion also checked appropriate. Carried out the inspection on spool as per the requirement of the company producers Preparation of radiography schedules, interpretation of films, framing of WPS, also preparation of handing over documents for the project. Prepared the method of statements for the tie jobs awarded for the company at the time. Control the consumables for welding storage / issue / usage. Preparing & maintaining of WPS / PQR / ITP as per ASME section-IX Code and Specification. Visual inspection of fit-up joints prior to the welding, during welding & after welding Monitoring & controlling the welder's performance through repairs.

Survey lines during welding at various stages like root pass, hot pass, fill-up final Inspection the welding operations & preheating, checking the suitability of protections and precautionary measures adopted by the welder both for the electrode and for facing adverse atmospheric conditions. Roles & Responsibilities Reviewed electrodes and filler metals chemical composition upon supplier as per test certificate. Ensured electrode baking, storage and issuance is in accordance with quality control procedure (QCP) Welder qualification record and shall conform to approve welding procedure specification. Ensured all welders have their job clearance card prior to start welding as per project requirement. Prepared visual inspection reports and maintain records as per client requirement. Performed continuous in-process welding surveillance in both fabrication and erection. Issued Surveillance and Non Conformance Reports for Discrepancies observed. Requested Non- Destructive Test requirements on weld joints from the daily production outputs. Witnessed NDT execution, Verified all the requested joints if corresponding with weld map against the actual joint on the pipe. Keep records of non-destructive testing results. Reviewed rejected radiographic films prior to repair and coordinate with the welders for the exact defects location as well as the extent of repair to be done. Raised request for inspection (RFIs) to project third party inspection division as per approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP). For the release of process hold points. Carried outline walk through for the completeness of installed piping system and issued punch list for the discrepancy found. Controlled QA/QC issued for construction drawings and maintained on latest revisions. Prepared weld maps, As-builds and weld history. Attending weekly project quality meetings and fulfilling the Clients requirement
