Management System Audit
A typical management audit assignment would involve the following elements: 1. Establishing Standards Identify with CEO, and the executive team, the qualities of leadership and management the business now requires, an analysis strongly influenced by the new capabilities and styles required to deliver success in the future. 2. Conducting Assessments Conduct assessments using our multi-disciplinary assessment team, typically conducting structured interviews looking in-depth at career history, business achievements, personal motivations and aspirations. We complement these with information gathered through 360 feedback and / or references from wherever appropriate: colleagues, subordinates, bosses, customers etc. Psychometrics may be added at the specific request of clients. 3. Reporting Produce succinct executive reports on individuals, teams, whole business units, functions and regions as required and typically present an overview for the Board that also highlights general strategic issues identified by the audit.

After identification of problems, issues, and gaps we are then in a position to develop alternative solutions through consulting which we prefer to call Working Together. Our multidisciplinary team then works closely with your executives to develop best possible solutions for the problems identified. 2. Execution After obtaining approval from the top management, these solutions are implemented. The progress is then closely monitored by TQS and in case of problems, immediate corrective actions are taken. Once the new system has taken its roots we hand over the system to the organization. 3. Maintenance If required, we can continue to monitor system for as long as the client requires us to do that through a maintenance agreement. 4.
