Summary / Abstract This study was to know the current Scenario of the IT companies in Nepal It was requested by Mr. Amit Agrawal It was requested on (25th April 2013). Raju Rauniyar did the investigation The main findings were that no. of employees, hindrances of the companies. It was concluded that there are more companies who have foreign clients rather then domestic, there are more no of male employees then female employees. The recommendations are that government should play a major role in this and make the people aware if these companies, different polices should be implemented for the growth as they very high potential for the growth.

Introduction
Background This report has been written because the IT scenario of Nepal is unknown to many people. With the help of this survey we can bring it to the light. Most of the people have a thought that there is no scope of IT in Nepal; they dont know the progress of IT in Nepal. To bring this industry in light this survey was conducted Mr. Amit Aggrawal requested it. It was requested on (25th April 2013).
Objectives The objectives of this report are to know the scenario of Nepal. How does it work also to know the no of employees working in the company, to know the hindrances what are they facing in the company, etc.
Scope This report examines the some internal and external facts of the company. It does not examine some internal facts because they were confidential data and were couldnt be given to the outside world.
Methodology
An online form was created using Google Drive and few companies were then the form was sent online to there mail box. Some of the data were collected by the telephonic conversation with the authorities of the companies. The statistics were analysed using a different chart diagrams and comparing the datas of different companies.
Findings
Introduction In general, the findings indicated that the companies have foreign clients rather than the domestic clients, there were around 75% of male employees in comparison of the female employees. Most of the companies have vey high potential of growth but due to policies and due to the lack of skilled manpower the growth of the companies very slow. The major finding of the investigation was that how government can help the companies in proper growth of the companies. Although the companies have the potential of the growth but why is the growth slow, etc.
Conclusion
In the light of this, it is recommended that females should be encouragement in this profession, government should make some friendly policies which can help the companies to get more jobs and also they can make the proper growth as per their potential. The academics should always renewed so that the students can get the knowledge of current inventions and the languages in the world. Due to which after this skilled man power can be in the market as the market demands.
Recommendations
In the light of above conclusion I recommend that 1. Government should make some friendly policies for the growth of the companies. 2. For the skilled manpower the academics should be updated. 3. Females should be encouraged in this profession. 4. Government should make more avail of the IT projects in the market so that companies work for the country rather then work for foreign clients.
