I have been promoted as Housing Coordinator for Al-Khor Community through AlMisnad Services. In this position directly reporting and assisting to QG Housing Supervisor for smooth functioning of housing operations. Description of works/Tasks Plans, manages and administrating of manpower over 193 for cleaning, pantry other office services. Coordinate with compound representatives for smooth functions of housing services. Organize and coach on Tool Box meeting daily basis. Managing PPE for all workers of Al-Misnad Services. Assisting to Housing Supervisor to coordinate with compounds management, service and maintenance team. Assists in all movement from transit to permanent housing. Administers all movements of tenants entering and exiting from premises, the compound security, and movers moving tenants on or off the premises.
