By requesting to have your blog listed on any of the Confessions lists, you agree that
you are doing so of your own free will. You also agree that you are the sole owner of
the material produced on your listed blog; And for other and valuable consideration, do
hereby release, hold harmless, and indemnify Confessions of a Blogaholic, its authors;
both The Blogaholicand C♥, owners, agents and volunteers (the released parties) from
any and all claims and causes of action that have or may arise, whether known or
unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, against you or your blog, as a result of having your
blog listed. If at any time you wish to have your blog removed contact the authors via
email with the word REMOVE as the subject.

The Blogaholic and C♥ reserves the right to refuse the listing of blogs that are deemed
by the author(s) and/or owner of Confessions of a Blogaholic as inappropriate. Items
that are offensive to the average persons sensibilities will be deemed inappropriate. We
will not list blogs that are of an adult nature, that promote violence or illegal activity. Nor
will we list blogs originating from outside the United States, Canada or the United
Kingdom. Blogs founds to have authors under the age of 18 will be considered for
listing, but at any time may be denied.

The Blogaholic and C♥ also reservesthe right at any point to remove blogs previously
listed. The content of the blogs listed is monitored regularly. If content is found to be
inappropriate as deemed by the author(s) and or owner of Confessions of a Blogaholic,
otherwise known as both The Blogaholic and/or C♥, the blog in question will be
removed without further notice to its author.

Confessions of a Blogaholicreserves the right to block, from public view any ‘Followers’
found within the Follower widget that have blogs that are deemed as inappropriate by
either The Blogaholic or C♥ or that violate the standards outlined above.
Confessions of a Blogaholicreserves the right to remove blogs authored by those found
to be acting in a manner with intent to annoy, alarm, intimidate, offend, abuse, threaten,
harass, frighten or disrupt posting, commenting or electronic communication of another.
Such actions witnessed by the author(s) of Confessions of a Blogaholic, will result in
the removal of blogs authored by the one believed to be the offender –without further
notice to the blogs author.
