HR Reporting (70% of time): - Design, program, document, and maintain reports and dashboards using data from multiple

systems such as Workday, Kenexa, Business Intelligence tools, Excel, and more - Develop, recommend, and implement policies on reporting standards - Prepare Executive Dashboards and provide overall commentary on trends identified - Maintain and deliver reports within the portfolio - Provide analytical support on ad hoc projects or requests - Consult with functional teams on the selection, application and implementation of metrics - Define and deliver reporting and data analysis for annual HR Programs - Proactively apply analytical and research skills to monitor trends and elevate issues due to data variances - Formulate conclusions and provide summary analysis and interpretation of data to be presented to all levels of management - Review and assist in preparing business cases tied to new metrics and report development - Determine what data should be selected and evaluated to address and track various business issues - Perform industry research on benchmark trends and incorporate into dashboards - Complete survey data for benchmarking sources as required - Manage confidentiality of data by following established security/confidentiality standards - Educate and promote self-service reporting functionality with end users by utilizing various communication and training methodologies - Monitor reporting usage logs and offer recommendations for consolidation where possible - Take ownership of and ensure integrity of HRIS data through regular audits; troubleshoot irregularities; partner with HRIS team to research, correct discrepancies, and ensure compliance HR Projects (30% of time): (New Expectations of the Role) - Liaison and develop relationships with various business functions such as IT, Payroll, Finance, etc. - Support and understand new functionality and features within Workday and Kenexa by providing user acceptance testing during system upgrades and deployments - Collaborate with global HR/HRIS team members to ensure system usage consistency across regions - Escalate process change requests, system enhancements or any other major resource requests to HRIS leadership team for prioritization - Partner with other COE teams in delivering HR Programs within the region - Participate on projects as defined by leadership team Position Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or related areas - 5+ years reporting experience HR/HRIS, Reporting, Metrics, Analysis or similar - Strong understanding of HRIS, ATS, and HCM systems (Kenexa, Workday, People Fluent, Oracle HR) with a focus on report development - Experience using reporting tools: Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Cognos, BI tools, etc. - Strong HR acumen and technical aptitude, with proven experience in measurement, data analysis and interpretation - Candidate must be a self-starter who possess strong customer focus, command skills, comfortable implementing change, and dealing with ambiguity. - Advanced analytical, problem solving, and organization skills
