Important information about your Credit Card account


The information set out on this statement includes a summary of some of your Credit Card Agreement Terms. Please refer to those Terms for full details. Interest free period Interest charging information Up to 56 days for Purchases if you pay your whole balance in full and on time. Interest is charged from the date transactions are applied to your account until payment is received (unless the interest free period applies). For Cash Advances and Balance Transfers, any interest charge for the period from the previous statement to the date of full repayment will be debited the following month. Your payment is allocated in the following order: Cash Advances  Purchases and standard rate Balance Transfers  Promotional rate Purchases and Balance Transfers (full details are set out in your Terms and Conditions). For Credit Card agreements made before 23 March 2011 5 or 2.5% of the balance, whichever is higher, or if less than 5, your statement balance. Interest payments therefore increase the longer the payment is delayed (even before the monthly payment due date). However, we will not charge interest if your statement balance is paid off in full by the payment due date, except for on Cash Transactions (Cash Transaction consist of Gambling, ATM and over counter transactions) and Balance Transfers. Estimated interest The figure shown on the front of your statement is an indication of the interest you will be charged on your next statement, it assumes: You pay only the minimum amount due You pay by the due date You have no more transactions before your next statement Please note the interest charged will differ from the figure shown if a change is made to your statement date or interest rate (except for the expiry of a promotional rate). Dispute resolution If you have a problem with your agreement, please try to resolve it with us in the first instance. If you are not happy with the way in which we handled your complaint or the result, you may be able to complain to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
