02 series of 2012 RESOLUTION REQUESTING FOR FUNDING THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE WASH FACILITY CONSTRUCTED IN THE SCHOOL SITE OF ALIP LALABUAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL MASIU DISTRICT B, LANAO DEL SUR I A. WHEREAS, DepEd Order No. 65 series of 2009, an Essential Health Care Program for all schools nationwide shall be institutionalized and implemented. WHEREAS, Alip Lalabuan Elementary School is one among the pilot school in the Division of Lanao del Sur I A selected by DepEd and Fit for School in the institutionalization and implementation of the EHCP and a recipient of any support from Fit for School. WHEREAS, through the initiative of the Parent Teacher Community Association of the school, an improvised bamboo hand washing facility was constructed inside the school campus. WHEREAS, for the utilization and comfort of the pupils during sunny, hot and rainy school days, a need to enhance the Hand Wash Facility by constructing a concrete hand washing facility with roofing. WHEREAS, due to lack of water supply in the locality, a need for 100 gallons of water shall be provided with a stand. RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, this body unanimously agreed to construct a Concrete Hand Wash Facility and provide 100-gallon water container with a stand for the improvement of the Hand Wash Facility of Alip Lalabuan Elementary School, Masiu District B, Division of Lanao del Sur I- A. FURTHER RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED FURTHER, this body unanimously agreed to pass this Resolution to the Director of FIT FOR SCHOOL INC. to allocate funds/materials for the IMPROVEMENT OF THE HAND WASH FACILITY OF ALIP LALABUAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. The cost of labour of the said improvement shall be shouldered by the Parent Teacher Community Association. UNANIMOUSLY CARRIED.
